Autumn kissed Kenji back lovingly and deeply. Alot of emotion put into that one kiss, she relaxed in Kenji's hold as she felt her strength returning and the pain in her side ebbing away. His growl for some reason affected her and she shivered, but in a good way. A frown creased her features though when the green eyed man said it would be a problem for her. Though she dismissed it quickly as the walked away and she put her forehead on Kenji's shoulder. Breathing in his scent, she held onto him a little tighter as if she was afraid he would disappear.
Autumn could feel exhaustion pulling at her but she was too worried about those men coming back to take Kenji away from her. So she easily shook off the exhaustion, focusing on sounds and especially Kenji. She listened to his breathing and kept breathing in his reassuring scent. "Can we go back to our room?" she asked quietly. A thought came to mind that made an excited and bubbly grin work its way onto her face. "You said future wife several times tonight. And something about our wedding night," she commented quietly and looked at Kenji's eyes, happiness glittering there.

Kenji looked away he was obviously blushing as he coughed and returned his attention back onto Autumn. "I want to go back to our room however right now would not be the best my love. As fir the future wife.....yes I want you to be my wife. Howver we are not ready yet. I wish we could go back to our rooms, but it would look very suspicious considering im very noticible. And us being covered in blood. Well all the pople here will get the wrong idea. I dont need anyone else knowing of me. You,your father,channing and the green eyed man are enouvh."he said az he kept Autumn close. He knee she was gettiing sleepy and he stayed with her, he if anything would fall asleep beside her. He held her, Autumns scent thick in his nose. Her sweet aroma, and as well as her wonderous smile didnt make kenji want to budge from the spot. He waa also worried if her side was healing properly. He was glad the dress she wore kept her body hugged keeping her warm, and her wound under pressure. He put a hand on her side and applied pressure checking to see if the bleeding had stopped.

Autumn winced as he applied pressure to her side. It was hardly bleeding now and it kept slowing till it stopped. Putting her head back on the wall she was leaning on, her hair fell away from her neck and she looked up at the ceiling. Come to think of it....I havent seen my father all night... she thought and a frown again creased her features. Pulling away from Kenji and standing up, she almost fell back down from the lack of strength but luckily she caught herself by leaning on the wall.
"Kenji. Have you seen my father at all tonight?" she asked, worry seeping into her tone.
Henry was in fact stuck behind the study walls. There was a small room that was acessible by a secret passageway behind one of the bookshelves. There, Henry was chained up to the wall and being left to rot. No one would come back for him and the one person who knew would never tell.
Autumn had a bad, sinking feeling in the pit of her stomach and she looked at Kenji, hoping he had seen him. The dance was still going on but Autumn could care less about it right now. The two men in her life that she loved dearly had both been put in danger by Margrett. Now that one was safe where was the other?

Kenjis eyes went wide as he heard Autumn mention were was Henry. He shook his head no and slowly rose. He looked over to Margareet and growled. He looked at Autumn leaning down he kissed Autumn and then turned his attention to Margarett that was being led out. "Autumn my love I have not seen him but i have a feeling who does. I have to have a word with someone."he said as he took the eagle mask off and handed it to Autumn. He saw the wolf mask on the floor. He picked it up and placed it over his face. " I promise my love I will be back. And i will bring bacj your father."he reached inside his coat pocket and pulled out a loaded revolver and gave it to Autumn. "if anyone comes at you Autumn. Do not hesitate tobshoot them dowb if they wish you harm."he explained as he got up and walked outside were Margarret was being led away. He quickly seized the oppurtunity and grabbed ahold of Margaretts arm. He smiled and shor abseductibve smile to the other gaurds. It threw them off with kenjis gaze man or womab would fall prey to his dark smile. "allow me tobride in the carrage with these prisoners. They may try something funny."he saidbas he climbed in the back of the prison coach. He looked at Margaret and Ryan. He grinned and his eyes grew red as he looked at them sending fear to them. "now were is Henry? Im only going to ask it once before im am forced to take drastic measures you are both very lucky to be alive right now. Hurting my lovely Autumn. Either you tell me, or youll start to loose limbs."he said as a dark tone in his voice noomed.

Autumn kissed Kenji back then frowned a little when he handed her a revolver. Watching him leave, she hel onto the revolover and his mask tightly as she slowly peeked out from the hall and at the currently on going dance. Annie walked by and Autumn grabbed ahold of her arm and jerked her into the hall. "Annie i need my jacket," she said. Annie nodded and rushed upstairs, grabbing Autumns black hoodie. Then she made it back to the hall in record time, handing Autumn her hoddie. Which she was quick to slip on and relax in its warmth. "Next i need you to stop the dance. Tell everyone to go home," she ordered next. Annie nodded and smiled as she walked out of the hall. Annie loved Autumn like a big sister and would do anything for her. The more she was asked to do, the happier she was.
Annie walked out of the hall and went halfway up the staircase before stopping and turning to face the crowd. "Im sorry t inform all of you that the winter dance is now over! We are looking forward to next year and hope that all of you have had a great time!" she spoke loud enough for everyone to hear. Everyone started speaking in hushed tones and conversations started up as people began to leave. Goodbyes and farewells could be heard for several minutes until all was silent again. The butlers, cooks, and maids started cleaning up fom the party as Autumn walked over to her fathers study.
Margrett stayed silent and absolutely serious while Ryan looked like he had something to hide. Margrett had indeed told him the whole plan, just not exactly where anything was located. Ryan glanced nervously at Margrett then Kenji as he struggled with whos punishment would be worse.

Kenji grinned as he looked at the two ryan obviously was nervous. And fir margarrett, she was a different subject completly. Kenji let out a dark laugh as his eyes grew redder and his fangs started to peek past his lips. He looked at Ryan first and let a toothy smile come past his face. "ah Ryan I belive. Why dont you be a food boy and tell the big bad wolf all you know. For my torture shall be far worse then this poor excuse of a woman. I know untold ways of torture and i can get away with anything."he stated as he slammed his fist into the iron wall, he pulled his hand back leaving a large dent and kenji showed no signs of pain or exhaustion. He grinned at Ryan and scooted closer to him and held his clawed hand to his face."so are you going to be a good boy? I know many ways to disfigure that beautiful face of yours."he said threatining.

Ryan flinched in fear as Kenji left a dent in the carriage wall. Shrinking away from his clawed hand, he couldnt stop the words spilling from his mouth. "Margrett knocked him out cold and locked him in a secret room behind the study's bookcase," he said quickly and quietly. Margrett shot him a look of pure cold fury.
Autumn looked through the papers on her fathers desk for clue. Anything that would tell her if her dad went out to town or something. Anything. Searching, she flipped through the papers and sat at the desk. Frowning as she looked through them, seeing papers of overdue payments and foreclosure on the house. Slamming her hand down on the desk, she squeezed her eyes shut and made her nails dig into the palm of her hand. "Damn it..." she muttered. "My idiot of a father..." she cursed silently under her breath. Everything they had, they would loose if her father dint straighten up.

Kenji grinnned as Ryan spilled the words, his unconventinal methods usually brought forth the best results. He smiled as he patted Ryan shoulder and he smiled and left him a kind smile. He however retaliated by giving him a hard smack across his face followed by delivering one to Margarett. "as for you both. That slap is a gift from what I could do to the both of you. And for trying to kill Autumn, just you wait, you are most fortunate that i did not make you my slave Ryan. As for you Margrett you disgusting creature, using men for their money. Is by far the worst thing i have seen. So you in yourself are lucky to be living with your body parts intact. If I could get my way I wouldbdisfigure that wonderful face and that body you seem to love so much. However in prision it will be well woth my trouble."he said letting his words roll of his tounge as a most potent acid his red eyes could burn holes through them with the intensiRt he galred at them. He gave the wall close to the coach three taps. After that the carriage stopped kenji smiled as he stepped out frombthe carrage and gave them another dark smile before it closed and set off for jail. Kenji rubbed hisbtemples and quicklybspeed step back to the Quinn manor. He hurridly went into the home and met Autumn in Henry's study. Kenji knocked on the door hurredly "Autumn i know were your father is! He is in the secret chamber behind the bookcase."he said loudly enough for her to hear outside the door, he did not know how long Henry was back there nor, in what condition. He hoped that he would get ro Henry in time if he had wounds.

Autumn jumped and turned quickly to the door. Hurrying over, she opened it for Kenji and let him in. "What secret room?" she asked, confused. Then without waiting for a reply, she hurried over to the heavy, oak bookshelf and pushed on it. It gave way and slid to the side rather easily. Behing it was a large, gaping, black hole that was the begining to a stone hallway. Autumn stepped inside and lifted the hem of her dress off the floor so it wouldnt get dirty from all the grime and dirt on the stones.
Walking down the hallway in the dark, she paused at the opening of a room and looked inside. Gasping when she saw Henry on the opposite side, slumped against a wall and chained to the floor. Without checking for another presence, she hurried into the room only to be grabbed and a strong arm wrapping around her throat. She was lifted off the floor and she clawed at the man's arm.
It was the mn who had dragged Henry in here in the first place. He held a gun to Autumn's head, looking pointedly at Kenji. "Dont make a move Vampire. I can snap her neck quicker than you can move or put a bullet in her head. I wont hurt her however if you give yourself up instead," he said in a gravelly, deep voice. Autumn kicked and squirmed trying to get free of him but he hardly seemed to be breaking a sweat from keeping her still.

Kenji followed Autumn behind thr bookcase and found the secret room. He followed Autumn until he saw he bein GB caught by a large man holding a gun to her head. He froze and looked at the man and let out a sigh. "alright ill give myself up. Just let Henry and Autumn go. What do you want me to do?" He said in an unwavering voicenhe was not about to let Autumn be hurt let alone killed. He looked at the room and began to wonder just how long had the secret room been ther. He looked at the man with his red eyes. He froze still wearing the ball clothes and the wolf mask. What really irked Kenjis nerves is just how this man knew he was a vampire. He looked at the man again and raised and eyebrow from underneath his mask."so tell me my dear fellow gentleman, just how did you aquire knowlwdege of my being?"he asked and beganbto speak with a deep rich flowing accent, his attempt to pet his seductive side wreak havoc on the larger man. At least it was buying him time to figure out what to do. He began to devise strategies in his mind however he was not about to di any thing while the man still had Autumn in his clutches.

Autumn wouldve told Kenji not to if she couldve but the man had his sweaty, beefy hand over her mouth. So she did what she could, she bit him hard on the hand. The man let out a yell and dropped her roughly on the ground. Shaking his hand in the air, willing the pain to go away. She had bit hard enough to draw little beads of blood. "I knew because Margrett told me," he hissed and narrowed his eyes at Autumn. Reaching down with his unhurt hand, he grabbed the back of her dress to prevent her from going anywhere. Cocking his gun, he had it at her head then pressed the trigger but instead of the bullet going into Autumn, it went for Kenji. Autumn looked up to see where the bullet went cause she didnt feel anything pierce her. Before she could get a good look, the man shoved her to the ground and put his foot on her back. Pressing hard enough to keep her pinned but not completely breaking anything. Autumn balled her hands into fists and dug her nails into her palm, looking up at Kenji. Her worry was for Kenji and her father, as she searched Kenji for wounds. The man narrowed his eyes to see if his bullet made contact with Kenji.

Kenji had little time to react as Autumn bit the mans hand. The next thing he knew the man explained to him Margarret had told him. He saw Autumn flung to the ground and the barrle pointesd at him. He heard the gunshot and did barely anything to move out of the way, there was not enough time. Kenji's eyes went wide as he felt the bullet lodge itslef in his chest. He stood there for a moment and reached up to tou,h his chest. When he pulled his hand back he could see the crimson stain on his hand. He looked down and saw the entry point three inches down his chest, three inches away from his heart. He saw Autumn behing held down as he rushed forward knocking the man of his feet off Autumn, and into the nearby wall. Uttering a cry of pain as he flet the bullet digging into his flesh with each movement. He landed close to were henry was, he grabbed the chain breaking it free and breaking the chain of henry. He quickly wrapped he chain around the mans throat holding him there until he passed out. With each movevement he felt blood pooling out of his wound. He had to finish it before he passed out.

Autumn felt the weight lifted off of her and she got up quickly. She had saw the blood and knew she needed to get Kenji out of here. Waking her father up, she expalined to him hurriedly everything that had happened, keeping an eye on Kenji. Henry had Autumn help him up then as he regained his composure, Autumn rushed to Kenji's side. The man had passed out long ago and Autumn gently took Kenji's hand away from the chain, letting the man fall to the floor. "Kenji. Stay with me for a minute longer. Just stay with me," she said worriedly and was about to help Kenji out but Henry made her walk in front of them as he helped Kenji.
Henry had Kenji lean on him and put his arm around his neck. Then he slowly helped Kenji out of the room and into the study. "Autumn? Where are we going to take him?" he asked as Autumn led the way out of the study. "Third floor. I need you to leave once we get him there," Autumn said over her shoulder and she was always glancing back worriedly at Kenji. Once they had finally made it to the third floor, Autumn had Henry put him down on the bed then she hurriedly sent him out, shutting the door after. Autumn was at his side in a second and looked down at Kenji. Gently brushing her thumb across his cheek. "Kenji..You need to drink and get you strength back...You didnt have it all back in the first place.." she whispered worried. Pulling her hair back away from her neck as she said so. Taking off her hoodie, she put it over the wound. Her father had already gotten the bullet out before they even left the secret room.

Kenji barely was able to wk as he was led out of the secret room into the study and onto the third floor. The bullet was gone ,but he stillbremained weak from blood loss. He looked at Autumn as his vision started to become hazy, he coughed up blood and looked to Autumn as she pulldd her hair away from her neck. He weakly leaned up pulling her close and bit down on her neck and began to draw blood in. He stopped after three large gulps as he pulled away. He let out a cry of pain as the wound in his cheast began to close. He looked at Autumn and gripped her hand as he healed. It was a lot painful of a process he was glad that the bullet missed his heart, and Autumn wasnt hurt."you were very brave...my love."he said as he felt his vision ebbing out, he smiled as he layed back closing his eyesand began to rest. He still had a hold of Autumns hand as he fell asleep, however he had a loose grip as he slumbered.

Autumn slightly the gripped the hoodie she was holding to his chest as he drank. Feeling lightheaded, she put her forehead on his chest when he pulled away. Holding his hand as the wound sealed up and gently she kissed his chest. Once she was certain he was asleep and getting the rest he needed, she pulled away slowly and carefully. Going into the bathroom, she wet a washrag then came back with it and wiped the blood from his face that he had coughed up. Lightly brushing her thumb along his cheek as she did so. Looking down at his peaceful expression while he was asleep, she gently brushed the bangs away from his forehead. Smiling lovingly at his relaxed state, then she placed a light kiss on his head before getting up. Going back into the bathroom, she washed the blood out of the rag then stripped out of her now bloody and dirty dress. Tossing the dress next to the door so she could remember to throw it away. Finally pulling on her loose, white, soft pj pants and body hugging shirt. Then she washed her face off and sighed in relief to feel the cold water on her face. Wiping the water off with a towel, she returned to the bed and got in with Kenji. Snuggling up to his side, and putting her head on his chest. Soon falling into the warm embrace of sleep. The next morning coming quicker than any other

Kenji awoke the next night well rested and abld to sleep peacefully throughout the morning. He awoke and found Autumn lying in be with him. He smiled as he held her closer, and breathed in her wonderful scent. He had hopped Margarret and Ryans were both locked behind bars. Let alone he hoped Henry had taken care of the man that knocked him out and had shot him. Kenji rubbed his chestbwere the bullet wound used to be. He looked at Autumm and smiled he had channings estate to secure as his own. Let alone Channing was his slave and had to obey him or face death. Let alone Kenji was relived the green eyed man did not pursue him, howrver je had a feeling the green eyed man would soon be coming after him once more. Since Margarret knew what he was just whobelse did she tell, and how did she aquire such knowldege. The thoughts rolled through his head as he laydd thefe holding Autumn close to him.

Autumn was exhausted to say the least and slept straight through the next day and half of the next night. Her eyes fluttered open from a restful sleep and she sat up slowly. Her body felt stiff and sore from being practically thrown around all night except for when she was with Kenji. Stretching a bit, she laid back down with a sigh and just realized that Kenji would probably be awake. Looking over at him, she nearly jumped out of her skin to see his red eyes blinking in the darkness of the room. They still surprised her whenever she saw them. Leaning over him however, she gave him a gentle smile and kissed his lips softly. "How are you feeling?" She whispered against his lips.
Autumn hoped he would not bring up the fact that Margrett knew he was a vampire. It was her fault to begin with for sending her step-sister a letter about the grave robbing and Kenji finding her. She had told her everything in that letter even though she knew better. She shouldve just told her father, since he understood alot of things and usually never scolded her or gave away her secrets.

Kenji smiled as he felt Autumn jump when she awoke. He let a small laugh as he looked to her with his red eyes. "I feel relieved and rested. Everyhting is calminvg down. And best of all i get to be with you Autumn. I do feel a slight bit sore from being shot. However how are you feeling Autumn?"he asked and said with an obvious cheery tone in his voice. He was happy to be eith her, even if it was lying in bed with her and simply holding her. It was enough for him. He smiled as he ran a hand to Autumns face gently carress her cheek. He smiled he would.mot dare bring up Margarret now that everyhthing was goinh well. He smiled and hoped Autumn was well rested after the days ordeal after being grabbed and flung all over from throughout the night.

Autumn smiled and closed her eyes, leaning into his touch. "Im a bit sore but otherwise im just happy your okay," she answered truthfully and blinked open her blue/grey eyes to look at his red ones. Leaning down, she kissed him again lovingly and leaving a burning kiss there before pulling away. Sitting up, she tied back her hair since it was making her neck hot. Then she looked around the almost pitch black room. Now that she knew better than to let her guard down, she wouldnt be one to easily relax. Something bad always happened when she did and she didnt like it at all. However, feeling Kenji's touch instantly calmed her nerves and relaxed her.
Henry had taken care of the man by calling the sheriff. Once the sheriff had gotten there, Henry gave him his statement except left out the vampire part and the being shot part. Those two would raise too many questions.

Kenji let out a smile as he looked at Autumn and kissed her forehead. "well im glad that you are alright my love. Ajd as I kentioned before, i do want you as my wife, and as for our wedding i have ti secure some thing before that can happen my oove. But other then that Im gald your wounds are healed. " he smiled and he let out laugh as he pulled Autumn closer grinned."but my Autumn you are not even a full vampiee and you dine on my blood like you are one. I suppose we are both addicted to each other."he said playfully and held his arm around Atumns waist as he looked to her. He was glad now everything was as it was supposed to be. Autumn safe in his arms, kenji himself was safe from the authorities at the moment. Margarett and all her accomplises were behind bars, and channing kenjis slave and financial servicer. He smiled happeir then ever, throughtout his entire existance he had never been happier.
