I finished up an older movie on Netflix under the same name, and was interested in trying something similar? It's very much in the same vein as House On Haunted Hill aka a bunch of people decide to live in a haunted house for a certain amount of time for whatever reason.

The concept would be as follows:
I would be the DM, and I would essentially be playing the "role" of the house. Main playable characters would all ideally have their own unique goal that they'd have to accomplish, fighting back against the house with the occasional dice roll.

Characters I'm looking for would be:
- The Scientist, most likely there to prove or disprove supernatural happenings
- The Naive Medium, a character who reacts to supernatural phenomena and has a strong believe
- The Veteran Medium, a character who is similar but is otherwise pretty bitter or on the fence. Could have stayed at the house previously, and if such is the case, you would get mor info over other players
And finally
- The Thrill Seeker, who would be there for the fun of it. 1 interest
- I would also MAYBE like to add on a 5th character? I feel like it would help round everything out better than 4 characters, but I'm not sure what trope this one would be, so I'm making it a free for all if anyone has any interest! 1 interest

What the characters are like, personality wise, and what each of their goals would be would be up to you, the player. If this gets interest, I'll go over more info about the plot and setting!

I like this idea a lot, actually. Though I've never really seen the movie, the concept interests me.

I'm guessing Janine can follow the Thrill Seeker role, though she's mostly there just for the experience and for the curiosity of it. I'd think I'll probably need to fix her character page a little bit more... I'd be willing to join, though.

This seems like a great idea. Maybe Amzi could be that one guy who's panics and kinda has to muster up courage to do things, but is quick to hide or run the opposite way when danger jumps out. Kinda be the voice of reason.

maybe Vivien would be good to play the Veteran Medium, she's quite bitter at times, she went through hard times, and can sense if something is wrong

But you said in the post you might add one. Light could take the scientist and I could be a plus one, I mean I could always be the tech wiz with a few tricks up her sleeve.

Well, they said they wanted to add a fifth. However, there is already four, so we'd be a plus one to the plus one, you see?
