So basically, oLuna and I are setting up a mafia roleplay, in this group, which we're pretty gosh darn excited about!!
The general concept is that the city, Warwick, is mainly controlled by the Aeys family, headed by Jet Aeys, while Lucien Grey acts as the "king" of the city, but other families, gangs, and individuals are vying for power, and it's anybody's game.

Characters may fit within a family (besides the Aeyses) who are trying to gain power, a gang, simply be working as an individual attempting to work their way up the ranks- or as an everyday person trying to go about their everyday life, but who somehow gets swept up in the criminal underworld.
Magic is allowed as long as it's kept lowkey and isn't overpowered. Original characters are preferred over canon, but we'll happily accept canon characters regardless.
Writing is of a freeform length, although it's preferred that players have a good grasp of general spelling and grammar conventions!
