It was strange what the elements did around Yumi. A dash off water came from the deep body of water and would spin around her. Fire soon did the same,and as did a bit of earth. She never knew what would happen when she sleeps because it would always disappear befor she could wake.

Arien had the strangest dreams that night. He dreamt as water, then fire,then earth seemed to revolve around the same girl he was sleeping next to. Whatever she was or whatever he'd done to warrant such dreams, he promised himself that he would wait until he was fully dry and fully-clothed before sleeping next to a stranger.

And when the morning did dawn, he was up bright and early, buckling his sword around his waist and collecting firewood for the small campfire. He even had a line in the water in hopes of catching fish.

Yumi felt disturbed in her sleep,which had made something weird happen. The dead flames from the fire rose up once again,by shaped like a dragon that was rather large. Soon there was a water one,then an earth one. They swerved and circled each other as she shivered in her sleep.

Okay, he was definitely dreaming. Water dragons didn't just appear out of nowhere. And if he hadn't already found his own magical ability by this point, Arien was almost certain that he was going crazy.

He frowned as he blinked sleepily at the dragons and then looked at the sleeping water goddess. Could it be? Nah. But then, who else? It certainly wasn't him doing this.

He nudged her gently, poking his finger into her side, and whispered into her ear, "Hey, do you see what I see?"

She slowly started to wake up which had made the awesome sight vanish befor she could see it. "Huh? W-what?" She sat up and yawned,and would have been exposed if it wasn't for her hair covering her parts.

“Uh,” Arien trailed off and then tore his gaze away from Yumi to search for the strange dragon like creatures. He frowned when he didn’t see them. “I saw some really weird creatures, but…they’re gone now. Sorry for waking you.” He wondered though what he had seen, or if it had been merely a dream. Except he didn’t think so.

“Um, here,” he gently slung a blanket around her shoulders, covering her as much as to keep her warm. “Are you cold?”

She nodded a little still having her 'just now waking up' look. She reached her arms out and wrapped them slowly around him as she closes her eyes again and snuggles close to him. "But with you,I'm not cold." She didn't really want to talk about the terrible dream she had so she merely snuggled close to the male.

Arien smiled softly and brushed a loose strand of hair behind her ear before snuggling up against her. "Same here," he murmured, feeling comfortable.

But he felt she was holding something back. "If there's anything you want to talk about, I'm all ears."

It was a first for him; usually he had no trouble filling the silence himself, but then, he wasn't usually in the embrace of a beautiful stranger, let alone one he'd rescued from a raging torrent. If only Nathan could see him now, he'd be proud. Well, maybe. Arien was in the arms of a woman still. In either case, Arien was maturing some. A little at a time.

"I can't think of anything right now,thank you." She had a sweet tone as the blue flower in her hair started to glow a little. Her eyes were closed still and her hand rested upon his chest a little.

He hadn't noticed the blue flower in her hair until now, when it began to glow. He grinned, liking the color instantly, and gently touched it with his fingers. He wasn't going to dislodge it, but he was curious about its glowing properties.

"Alright," he acknowledged. "But if you ever want to, I'm here. For now." He wasn't sure how much longer he was staying, probably until Yumi was feeling better and warmer, but then after that, he knew he'd have to continue traveling. His supplies wouldn't last forever.

Yumi smiled and kissed his cheek and stood up,letting the blanket that was on her fall and letting her body become exposed. She sat down again and looked at him with big innocen eyes.
