She roamed around her Alpha's territory...her scorpion like tail swaying behind her as she patrolled the border. As the wind blew through her fur, she headed back to the glen. She was planning on going hunting after she reported to her Alpha; Darkmoon. As she entered the glen, she looked around for her alpha.
*Turok had just entered the territory after moonshadow had ended her patrol. This territory was rather decent and not bad. Kinda peaceful. Almost reminded him of a place he use to call home. He came to a river and stopped as his large armored figure knelt down and began filling his canteen with the fresh cool water that flowed through the river bed. The night was cool as the stars shined brightly in the night sky. From the look of it this territory seemed like it had been untouched by humans which kinda surprised turok. Although he was unaware that the Cyscars inhabited this land. The one called darkmoon he had some what befriended and usually ran into when he was in combat. He was recently curious about her hoping her and her clan were well.*
Dark Moon made her way back to her clan's camp, the body of a doe hanging from her powerful jaws. Having caught and eaten her own prey already, she dropped the carcass before the den of her clan's healer, Coal Feather, who dipped her head in appreciation before dragging her food backwards into the safety of her den, lest the adolescent apprentices caught the scent of blood and tried to fight her for the prey. Food was not hard to come by this season, but fighting was simply the Eris Clan way.
Chuffing with amusement, the Alpha female made her way to her own cave, before catching a glimpse of Moonshadow's approach. Tilting her broad head, she waits for the warrior, her tailtip twitching back and fourth. "Something to report? No Althaea clan stench, I hope?"

*Turok came to a halt as he looked around. His lone armoured figure had made its way to a water fall as he sat upon a boulder to rest for a few moments. He looked carefully around as he wondered what inhabited the area as the only sounds he heard was the wild birds and the water fall pouring into the lake/river. The area would make a decent spot to temporarily reside in but he would make sure that nothing posed a threat to him before he would do that.*
"Nothing roams our borders." She sits down as she gave her report. "Herds are starting to file in on all sides of the borders." She scratches at an itch by her ear, then lowered her hind leg back down to the ground. "Although, I think I did catch scent of a human coming to the territory."
She dipped her head in acceptance, only half interested at first. Idly did she lift a single, heavy paw-hand, grooming the dust and grass scraps off of her claws, tail waving calmly behind her great form. Quite suddenly, however, she froze, gaze shooting to Moonshadow.
"Human-scent? And you didn't think to mention that first and foremost?" She snapped, more shocked than furious. Sure, perhaps the rest of her clan hadn't picked up on her reluctance to let humans anyone /near/ the borders, let alone pass them.

*Turok had come to a halt at the river as he looked around before looking to the ground and seen tracks of a large unknown predatory animal. looked to be like a giant k-9 of some sort. there were no multiple tracks indicating a pack so it most have been a lone wolf.*
*Turok then calmly stood up as he pressed on and followed the tracks that lead right torwards the pack. who or what ever it was hopefully was not hostile or in the mood to try and consider turok a canned meal.*

"Alpha...it was because I was unsure about the scent....." Her ears flatten a little against her head....hoping to not be reprimanded for not saying it first. Lowering her gaze she looked at the dirt. Her sharp hearing caught the movement of something behind her in a distance. "Alpha....I think something is following my trail. Do you want me to go kill it?"
She snorts at first, her mane still bristling along her spine, but her anger did not continue further. With a final whip of her tail, she seemed to calm once again. "Right. Don't kill it straight away, especially if it's that human-scent. Better to know /why/ they enter in the first place before killing them off, I suppose."
A short nod finally greeted Moonshadow's question, the slight gleam in the Alpha's eyes hinting that her submissive behaviour had been appreciated, and the aggression forgotten. If anything, she was merely interested to find the human.

*Turok was traveling for some time now. He decided to stop again although he was right on the border of the cyscars lands. He looked around as his armored figure blended into the darkness mostly. Turok was sure nothing was around as he sat under a tree and used it to lay his armored back against it for support as he relaxed. Figuring this was a good spot to rest he decided he would do so. his body was tired from not having rest in a few days. it demanded sleep. his eyes grew heavy like cinderblocks. he gave one last look around before his armored head drooped slowly down and sleep over took him. Who knows what would happen now. For turok may or may not make an ally or an enemy within these unknown lands.*
but not knowing that shadow her lust for revenge killed anyone not panther in her sights till she gets to her home in the dark kingdom seeing turok she crouched and tried to attack for turok posed a threat to her mission even if she wouldn't fight back. she lunged and...
She turns and looks at the area she came from. Quietly, she bolts off into the tree line. Slowing a little, she sniffs the air. Her hackles rose a little....smelling the human scent and one other that was not known. Crouching down, she moved closer to the two scents. As soon as she was close enough, she stopped and watched. Watching the panther and the human...her tail flicked...wondering if she should call for her alpha. Muttering to herself, "Should I call the alpha...." "No....not yet....we must see what is going on..." "But that human seems familiar...." "But look, there is a stranger creature...." Having not seen a panther before...she watched the feline. "Maybe you should call the alpha." "Yes...we should inform the alpha..."
*Turok had awoken when he heard twigs snapping and just in time. He had caught the panther as he slammed her into the ground. His strength held her down as he placed his armored knee upon her chest to hold her down. He grabbed ahold of her head and gave it a quick twist ending its life. If the creature did not attack him she might have kept on living and made her way home.*
*Turok then stood as he walked away from the now corpse and continued on his way through out the territory. He was looking around and scanning the area to make sure nothing else would sneak attack him. Though he didnt want to kill the panther for attacking him he had no choice. It was hell bent on killing him and it is about survival after all.*
*A half hour passed as he was now deep in cyscar territory as he still was looking for anything that could assist him.*

She walked out of the undergrowth greeting Turok. "Welcome back human.....the alpha is a little busy at this time. What brings you back to the territory."
