He couldn't stop staring... He looked into the face of death and taunted it by escaping once again. He looked at her making his eyes meet with hers... They were slowly starting to flood "I... I can't do this... Why is he doing this..." tears fell from his eyes and his voice was trembling slightly. The tall slender being was gone waiting for another moment to take their lives.
Hekate moved closer to Shawn and hugged him gently, wanting to comfort him." I don't know why he's doing this. He just is, I guess." She whispered.
Shawn nodded and stood up, he wiped his eyes clear "I guess we carry on..." He took her hand and carried on with the quest, they found another 5 notes without seeing the slender man. It felt like he wasn't there any more but it was too good to be true. He felt the supernatural being in every dark corner they passed.
They eventually came to the last, it was at the end of a corridor "The last note, We may actually get through this!" He felt light for a moment, like a weight had been taken off his shoulder. Their was only one set of breathing and right there he knew she wasn't there. His eyes widened as he took off for the note hoping that he could just about save her if Slender man had her.
The corridor however started to extend and it felt like he was running on one spot. The note had one simple line on it 'Never stops'. A darkness engulfed the note and made it down the corridor towards him until he was completely surrounded in pitch black darkness. Slender Man stood in front of him, an arm length away.
This was all happening in his head... when the turned the corner, Slender man was already there and had killed Shawn. He lay there on the floor limp and motionless... his eyes... lost their green and turned grey.
They eventually came to the last, it was at the end of a corridor "The last note, We may actually get through this!" He felt light for a moment, like a weight had been taken off his shoulder. Hekate kept running, tears streaming down her cheeks. The Slender Man had killed Shawn. She needed to keep running, no matter how much she wanted to stop and let the Slender Man kill her.
There was no point running... The Slender Man had pulled her back with his tentacles and held Shawn up so that his dead eyes looked into hers, another tentacle slithered up her back and wrapped itself around her neck... *Snap*...
They both lay on the damp asylum floor... Staring into each others dead colourless eyes... Cold... Motionless. The moonlight shun on them both through a window like a spotlight.
5 months have passed, And their bodies were never found. Some say they ran away with each other... Some say that it wasn't human that killed them both. 4 teens are in one of the asylum rooms, one of them was telling the other 3 a story "Slender man's Tentacles slithered up Hakate's back and... SNAP!... her spine was not where it was meant to be" It seemed Shawn's and Hakate's story was an official horror story. The boy started to laugh and sat down beside one of the 2 girls "Stop it with these horror stories Ben! Why did we come here? i feel like i'm being watched"
Poor naive teens... they did not see the dark figure that stood in the shadows of the room. It's tall and slender body stood in the corner and watched. no eyes....no nose...no mouth...
