Before Alesia would answer, she got annoyed by Sapper."Hey, Sapper. Do you mind? There's no need to scan everyone at the same time." The Magnezone looked up at Alesa.*BZZZT*"Acceptable. This unit will end the scanning process." With that Sapper floated back to Shannon."Sorry. Sapper didn't mean to be annoying. It's just very protective over us." Alesia sighed."I know I'm not alone. I just like to be. All my life I've been lonely, it's a habit." The way she spoke to Anubis was more relaxed now. He easilly gained her trust, it seems.
"Oh, wow, squishy man." Brass Beast said as he pulled him up to his feet."Yeah, but he's a sweetheart... I think. He likes to be the rough guy of the team, but honestly speaking, Machina takes that title." She said as she looked at her Metagross."Hey! Machina! You doing okay?!" Shannon called out. The Metagross turned around, its steel legs thumping on the ground as it did."You'll get to listen to some music in a bit, bud." The Metagross nodded its head as it slowly walked closer.
Archur smiled at Brass Beast, "Thanks big guy," he said as he was helped up and then walked over to Machina, staring the Metagross down but smiling as he did, "I wonder how he'd fair against my Metagross. It would be and interesting battle," he commented an placed a gentle hand on the center of the cross on Machina's face.
Soon the rain would finally stop. As soon as that happened, life was back to normal in Fortree city. People started walking around again and Shannon was forced to call all of her pokémon back."I would've never thought a town in the trees would be this busy."
"Eh, if you've ever been to Castellia city, no other compares," Atchur shrugged, "Alright, I'm off to get another gym badge," he grinned and recalled all of his pokemon except Dom and Charlie, "Alright Charles, you're on point this time. Alexandria's got your back if you start to lose it, alright?" the zebstrika nodded in response and trotted to Archur's side.
"Alright Shannon, I'm off," Archur waved, "See ya afterwards?"
The gym was a very big building inside the center of the town, on the largest tree. Inside was an open place with a high roof that stood open now. Of course, nothing out of the ordinary for a Flying Gym, the only strange thing was Winona sitting at a desk in the back of the gym togheter with Flannery while the gym apprentices were training their pokémon in the open sky.
When Archur entered, a lady sat behind a counter, wearing thick glasses and wore her brown hair in a bun."Hello, welcome to the Fortree City gym. Are you a challenger or here for signing up to becoming a gym leader?" She asked right away.
Through some strangely shaped doors Archur would find trainers training, and eventually reach a stage where Winona was on her cellphone, but there was a girl at her side as well, probably someone Archur challenged before in the past; Flannery.
"No, Roxanne. I'm sorry." Winona said."Our manufacturer is still working on production... I know, I know, it's been long since you were out. Look, just give the trainers a certificate and tell them to come pick up their gym badge later, just hang in there, okay? Bye." Winona sighed as she put her cellphone away."Sorry, this place is a bit of a mess. Welcome trainer, I'm Winona, Fortree's city gym leader, and as you may or may not know, supervisor of the Hoenn gym leaders. Welcome to the Fortree gym."
"Hello Winona, I'm Archur," he smiled, "This fella is Charlie and he needs a bit of help getting back ibto the battling scene. You wanna help him out?"
When she did that the floor Archur and Winona stood up raised rapidly into the sky. The lad would find himself high above the treetops. The air was chilly, especially so soon after the rain had stopped."Well, Archur, I hope you don't have a fear of hights." She grinned as she took out an ultra ball, letting out a rather big Pelliper."Say hello to Nostradamus."
((if you prefer to add in rolls, do let me know. I have a system))
Archur let out a surprised yell as the platform lifted but quickly regained his composure and Charlie was completely unfazed.
"Alright Winona," he gulped a bit, "I'm ready when you are."
The Pelliper squawked as it rose up to the air, flapping its large wings majestically."Very well, Nostradamus, start things off with a water gun!" Winona raised her arm. The Pelipper's bottom jaw expanded as it released a great stream of water, heading straight for Charlie.

PELLIPAH POWAH
Charlie went skidding back, his hooves making sparks, but although a powerful attack, being a water move, it was mostly momentum.
"Charlie, you got this! Use thunderbolt!" he ordered and the zebstrika fired the powerful electric attack towards the water bird.

I got that boom boom POW!
A magnificent hit. The light seemed to have disappeared for a second as the bolt made impact. The Pelipper, being double sensitive to electric attacks collapsed almost instantly. Winona blinked."Whoa, I didn't expect him to be this ferocious. Very well." She called her Pelipper back."Looks like I'll need to bring in the big guns already for this one." She grinned as she let out a healthy looking Gliscor."I did some traveling in my spare time. Say hello to Nosferatu." The flying ground type clicked its claws together as it menacingly hissed at Charlie.

"Ah!!! Charlie!!" Archur cried and quickly recalled the electric type, "You did a good job," he said and put the pokeball away, then grabbed another, "Say hello to Alexandria. She's been through five different regions and beaten three gyms in four of them," he grinned and the flygon appeared in a flash of red light.
"Alright, Alexandria, dragon breath!"

"Damn... Alright Alexandria, you can hold it!" he encouraged, "Use draco-meteor!" he ordered this time. The flygon's eyes turned a menacing red and the sky rumbled, the clouds around them turning a similar shade as large, iridescent meteors came hurtling towards Nosferatu.
