Merry was happy to travel with Lilim and Sally along. Hostile captive or not, Merry just felt safe with all of the wonderful and powerful allies around her. The mood changing all too quickly though as Raven made her announcement. Merry would feel her heart sink and she'd place both hands over her heart, "Raven... I'm so sorry... I'm so sorry for your loss..." she says sorrowfully as she comes up and tries to hug Raven and Lilim both. Merry would be crying about as much as Raven was, and when it came to making offers, Merry had something of her own to contribute, "Raven?... Um... If it's ok... Could I attend the burial too? I'd like to offer a few words of my own and... If it's ok, I'd like to sing for your mother's spirit... I never got to sing for my family and friends that lost their lives in the Western Magical Forest... Please allow me to offer a traditional Forest Elf song for your mother's spirit." Merry pleads whole heartedly. Witches and Elves may be vastly different, but how often does it occur that a female Forest Elf would offer to sing for anyone's funeral?

Organna growls sharply and grabs Pentre by the throat, her hand cupping perfectly just under his jaw as she hoists him off his feet and up to a higher vantage point in anger, "HEY!!! What did I JUST get done saying you filthy maggot!!!" she roars before thrusting Pentre back, throwing him between two small trees and having his own weight and the weight of his armor wedge him in place, stuck at the waist. It'd take some doing for him to get up again without help, but if Organna had her way, he'd be thoroughly stuck.
Crossing her arms, "Teach you to disrespect the dead... Good-for-nothing human, 'bout to get a place on my list." she growls in an aggravated tone.

He told her as he noticed Organna about to snap Pentre's neck before wedging him in between two trees. Although it would be nice to finally get rid of the man, Pentre still had his uses alive, so he walked over to Organna and put a hand on her arm. "Let him be, I'll deal with him. After all, he still has some use left in him. And if there's anything left after we get done with him, you can have him." Will told Organna.

Though eventually she would tear herself apart from Merry long enough to look her in the eyes and hear out her request. Raven would nod, her eyes red from crying as she attempted to force a smile.

She was mourning the loss of her mother, Matthew and Thomas were mourning the loss of a friend. And this was what he had to say?! She had expected that the humans had some set of morals, or that they knew not to disrespect the dead. Though this.....This would push her over the edge. She tightens her grip on Matthews shoulder, ready to defend him and his daughter before watching Organna walk over to Pentre and throw him between a tree, lodging him in place. She would walk up to Organna and place her hand on Organna's shoulder to help calm her down. After all, Raven had warned that she would snap and she wouldn't be holding back. She throws an apologetic look towards Matthew and Thomas, tears streaming down her face before she walks up to Pentre and getting hold of his neck with a vice like grip, nails digging into his neck and drawing blood. The black smoke would surround her as Crow emerged, and tears would be streaming down her face as well as her hand would ignite itself on fire, making contact with their skin. Yes, this was dangerous, but she was sending a message to Pentre: She would do anything for her mother. Even expose herself to the flames. Her voice becomes deep and growl-like before she speaks up to him.
"YOU POMPOUS, SPINELESS,MORALESS FRACTION OF A MAN!!!! Let's get ONE THING STRAIGHT! THAT WOMAN IS JUST AS MUCH MY MOTHER AS SHE IS RAVENS! I share the SAME feeling's about her as Raven does! Which MEANS that if YOU DISRESPECT HER, ESPECIALLY WHILE WERE IN MOURNING, I WILL MAKE TWO GRAVES AND THROW YOU IN THE OTHER ONE!!!"
She screams at him, tears flowing down her face as she tightens her grip, her hand still on fire to burn his neck.

If her hand had been on fire any longer, her hand would have turned to ash. She would yank Pentre out from in between the tree and throw him to the ground, before shoving her foot in between the crook of his back, to simulate him kissing her feet and kissing the ground she walks on. She glowers at him, before speaking up again.
"If you so much as LAY A FINGER on that woman, or talk about Her Ladyship, you will be picking up your teeth come tomorrow morning....You WILL NOT take any of this out on Matthew, Thomas, or Martha....if you wish to take out your qualms on anybody, you can take them out on me...but you are to leave them out of this......in exchange for that I won't end your miserable life, I will heal you...and I will even treat you as your status dictates as per request from my childhood friends...."

Elesa would calm down as Will gave her attention, wincing at Pentre's words but then squeaking as Organna takes charge. Elesa would honestly start to clap her hands slowly and thank Organna before Raven lost it and made things worse on Pentre. Elesa would watch and listen to Crow as she tore into Pentre without mercy, forcing him to the ground, burning his neck, drawing blood from his throat, all of that had Elesa clinging tightly to Will's shoulder as he held her, hiding her face in his shirt. When it was all done, Elesa would glance back to Raven and then up to Will, "Mister Will?... When is that poor man gonna learn he's just going to be punished for being rude like that?... It's almost like he's spouting off like that on purpose... Does he like getting hit?... Is he a Masochist?..." Elesa asks curiously. Of course Elesa would know what a Masochist is, she spent almost a decade as a child slave. Elesa would be reminded of that and cupped her hand over the back of her neck, rubbing it almost like something under her fingers was causing her pain.
Lilim would wince as Elesa brings up things from her past again, but could only watch as Organna and Raven put Pentre in his place after he was warned by both of them not to go running his mouth. She'd sigh and shake her head before hovering over to Raven and reaching up behind her to take her by the shoulders, "C'mon, Raven... Lets me and you go find a good place to dig, huh? I'll even summon up some stone and carve a proper memorial headstone for her. How would that be?" Lilim offers in a calm tone, coaxing Raven to walk away from Pentre with her.

Raven would grab his wrist and yank it off her arm so he would be forced to let go of her. Her eyes widened at his words, and if he was still holding onto her he would be able to feel her shaking. She was desperately trying to maintain some kind of composure, but this man was pushing her over the edge, and she feared that if this went on any longer, Raven's defense mechanism would kick in to preserve her mental state. She would lower her head, her hair covering her eyes as she spoke in a whisper.
"I was giving you a chance.....you just pissed it away..."
She says, in knowing that Wellspring wouldn't need any kind of help from the kingdom or Pentre. She could easily repair the town and buildings with her magic, and Merry would replenish their crop fields, so Pentre's threats were no longer of any concern to her. She would grab him by both of his shoulders and knee him as hard as she could in the groin. That way, even if he did lie with someone tonight, then it would be excruciatingly painful to do so.
"All that was meant by that offer was that I would treat you with dignity and respect! That did NOT mean I will grovel at your feet! That did NOT mean you can make me walk on my knees! AND THAT DOES NOT MEAN YOU GET TO MENTION WILLIAM OR HER LADYSHIP!"
She says grabbing him by his hair and yanking him to his feet, as he was surely doubled over in pain.
"Get this through your THICK SKULL!! I AM BURYING MY MOTHER TONIGHT!!! HOW DARE YOU ORDER A WOMAN TO GO INTO BED WITH YOU! I WOULD GLADLY WALK ONTO THE STAKE AND BURN BEFORE I LET YOU HAVE YOUR WAY WITH ME AND HAVE ME PLEASE YOU!! YOU WILL NOT TOUCH ANY WOMAN HERE OR YOU WILL BE DEALING WITH ME!!!!!!!"

After calming Elesa down and Watching Raven do her thing to Pentre, He looked over at Elesa to answer her question. "He's just really stupid. He'll learn one day, but it'll take a little more to get it through to him. " Will told Elesa, booping her nose before hearing Pentre go at it again. He groaned, and walked over to Pentre and kicked him in the back, sending him to the ground. "Pentre, I command you to shut up. I've heard enough out of you for tonight." Will comanded Pentre.
Will looked at Matthew and then set Elesa down. "Get get big sis sweet pea. And hurry." Will told her. Once He decided she was far away enough, he stepped close to Matthew and looked him in the eyes. "Your 'lordship' betrayed his brothers and sisters and watched as they all were hung and died after kissing the royal ass of the new king. He also killed his former brothers and sisters families, childeren and all, and killed countless innocent people, magical and non-magical alike. Plus, he was in my Batallion, the Basalisk batallion, and broke his sacred oath he swore the day he joined the batallion, so sorry if my rudeness towards him offeneds you. But his lordship wears a collar I put on him so he wouldn't do any harm to anyone else, verbal and physial. So Leave everyone out of this. If you want to kick someone out, kick me out and let them stay." Will told Matthew.
Will went to protest the idea of kissing Pentre's ass, literally and figurativly. As he opened his mouth to speak, but saw Pentre pointing to his mouth, asking permisson to speak. Seeing as how things couldn't get worse, he sighed and nodded. "I give you permission to speak, but watch what you say. I'm not going to save you anymore. If Raven burns you alive or Lilim tears you apart, I won't stop them." Will told Pentre.
Lilim carries Elesa as she approaches Will again, "And what good will that even do?! This false knight isn't even recognized as a hand of the king any longer. But fine. If those are your terms then we will all leave in peace as though none of us ever came by. And I shall as well relay this message to Raven and on her behalf will I myself carry Her Ladyship's body to a new location of her choosing for a proper burial. If we are not welcome to stay, then so be it, but don't expect Raven to be thrilled to have to choose between a village of cowards that see fit to treat wretched Earthworm the same as a sacred Silkworm and her new friends that are about to aid her in the troubled times ahead and witness her coming into power as the new Ladyship." she says before pausing to take a breath.

He leaned close and spoke into his ear. "But I kill not kiss his ring or grovel at his feet for what he did to his family, and mine." Will told him quietly.
He then turned to hear Lilim's rant and took Elesa as he was asked to. "Just wait a minute and lets see what they say now that I've apologized for my actions." He told Lilim Quietly.

Starting to get frustrated with Matthew punishing the group for what he did, He walked over to him and got face to face with him. "I'm aware of this, but ban me from the village, let Raven and the others stay. And what brother would you be to deny your sister the right to mourn and bury her mother's body, huh?" Will asked him.
Lilim's eyes began to glow red as she moved to coax Will aside and got in Matthew's face herself, "Just try to stop me... I dare you... You let a low class worm walk all over you, but you're real gutsey to stand up to someone leagues above your level of magic power. You should take a second long hard look at who you should really be afraid of and showing respect to. Now I'm going to talk to Raven... And then I'm taking Raven's mother's body... And me and Raven will bury her wherever Raven wishes it. And you are not going to stop me." she declares boldly, moving to hover away from the group now, leaving Will to gather everyone and leave, or stay and try to quail the villager's anger while perhaps Raven worked on Lilim. Or if the news was relayed and Raven said it is so, then Lilim would act on behalf of the new Witch Queen and enforce Raven's will. If anyone was strong enough to be a magical She-Knight to the new Witch Queen, it was certainly Lilim.

She was becoming more and more enraged as the bickering went on, and she would glance at Lilim as she headed in her direction, only to look back at Matthew and Thomas, her eyes turning red as she grabbed Lilim by the wrist for support. She was about to explode a third time, and she was going to need someone to support her, even if it was just to make her feel like she wasn't alone. She walks up to Matthew and Thomas, a rage on her face that they had seen many times in the past. This look meant that she was getting her way, or she was going to fight them for it, and they should know better by now to not fight her for it. She took several deep breaths to keep calm, but she was shaking as she held onto Lilim's hand.

Will listened to Pentre go on and was a bit tense, but eased up once he realized Pentre wasn't going to be his usual self and actually bury Raven;s mother. He relaxed for a second for a second before realizing Pentre was doing something rare to see, Actually being nice for once. Giving them their food back as well as some money to build the town actually would help them as he relaxed and went to calm Lilim down, putting his hand on her shoulder. "Hey, calm down, everything's sorted out now. We'll leave tomorrow after everything is done and get some sleep. Because honestly, I got maybe an hour of sleep the past couple days, mainly because you knocked me out." Will told her.
Merry knew when to leave and now seemed like a really good time. She had some business of her own to see to before the funeral and Lilim was about to level the village to see to it that Raven got to bury her mother properly. Merry would follow Elesa's lead on this one, moving to get Organna and have her help Elesa onto Moonlight's back, trying to slip away and leave the village quietly. First and foremost, the gift that was promised to the village. Merry would ping the area and find their crop fields easily, taking her party with her.
"Elesa?... Could I get you to help me for a moment please?... I need to employ your Plant magic. And Pixel? Please spread some wing dust over this land. And I myself... Will call upon Mother Gaia to finish this promised task..." Merry says in a soft tone, trying to keep her voice down so the villagers would not see nor hear her until it is too late to chase her away. Glitter, Moonlight, and Organna would keep watch while everything happened in order.
With Elesa and Pixel's help, Merry would kneel and touch her hands to the ground and started to pray, "Benevolent Mother Gaia, I ask your aid and blessing to this humble land stricken with drought and Famine... Please allow a vast harvest of crops to thrive in this land so that this humble village of Wellspring may have food and tradable rations to last through the winter. Your humble Priestess Merrilee offers unto you her own life and aura in exchange for this prayer." she says quietly as she channels her energy into the ground, causing it to glow in gentle waves until finally Elesa's energy and Pixel's wing dust would see the field before them springing to life with a wide variety of crops.
Merry's aura would do the trick though, replenishing the vitality of the land for a while still, and allowing the fields to flourish once again. That task completed, the only other task on Merry's agenda would be to offer a respectful farewell song to Lady Poppy. Merry would start to practice now and hums softly to get her voice ready. Elesa and the small party around Merry would get something of a preview as Merry practiced, but the actual event would show what Merry could really do with her voice. Something Lilim would quietly smirk about and would definitely remember for the next time Pentre shot his mouth off. Take his voice away or at least threaten to do so and Pentre could actually be useful with it.
She'd follow Raven closely, sticking to her promise about helping Raven when she could. Though if anyone got onto her she'd simply enforce her position as being there as a helping hand to Raven, not to them. Guest or not, Lilim wasn't about to be run off by anyone other than Raven. On top of that, Lilim would be consoling Raven the whole time, knowing full well the pain she was going through. She'd also have to thank Merry later for looking after Elesa.

She'd also pull off her water charm and play around with it a little as she spreads magic water around like a sprinkler.
She'd make sure to do just enough to knock the drought out of the place for a short time and give the livestock something to sustain themselves on for a while. Whether the villagers would be grateful for it or not would be anyone's guess, but Elesa would call it a personal victory as she does a secret good deed of her own.

She would grip tightly onto Lilim, knowing that she would lose her composure if she didn't. She took a deep, shaky breath before letting go of the two of them, approaching the bed and leaning over to kiss her on the forehead one last time.
"I love you...a-and...I'm so sorry I couldn't do more for you....I-I wasn't much of a daughter, was I..."
She says, Matthews words having clearly affected her. She would gingerly and tenderly wrap the blankets around her ladyship, making sure they were tied properly, taking the utmost care during the procedure. If they had gotten there and there was no grave, Raven would use her magic to make one. And maybe she could even turn some rocks into stone to make a proper tombstone with an engraving that befitted someone so special to her. After she got done tenderly wrapping her body, she would turn to Matthew and Thomas, holding onto Lilim for support. She was half holding onto her and half hugging her as she addressed the two others.
"S-So...How are we going to get her to the waterfall...."
She says, turning to her friends and giving them an appreciative nod. She would be grateful that they would all stand up for her and try to help her do what she thought was right. "I could simply use my magic to levitate or teleport her up to the waterfall, then come back for you two, but out of respect for the two of you and your laws, we can do this the human way and make a stretcher if you wish..."

She felt so sick it made her want to throw up. Though she would continue clutching onto Lilim, as she was probably the only thing keeping her from collapsing right now. She would wipe her eyes before walking over to a table, and grabbing a couple of tissues before walking to Matthew and Thomas, handing each of them one for she was sure they needed it.
"You will remain my brothers....But you don't have to worry about me...I can see that your eager for me to leave....I will leave tomorrow morning with my friends, and we will be out of your hair....but please...tonight is about my mother...your mentor....she would be ashamed to see the three of us bickering like children....so even if only for tonight, lets act like a family and honor her memory.....Lilim, would you mind helping me build a stretcher...? The two of them can say their goodbyes in the meantime..."
She says, taking Lilim by the hand and leading her out of the room and outside, going to a pile of wood and grabbing a few. She would hold her hand in front of it, and use her magic to bend and shape it until it turned itself into a stretcher. When it was done she would sigh and take a seat, giving them more of a moment to say their goodbye's. She would bury her head in her hands as she sobbed.
"I-I didn't think it would be like this....When she died...I-I didn't think that Matthew would end up despising me so..."
She says, trying not to provoke either of them, namely Matthew. Will had followed them to the home and kept quiet, letting Lilim care for Raven as she wrapped her mother's body. When the question came up for how they were going to take her body to the waterfall, Will spoke up to help out. "I can carry her to the waterfall. I could fly over everything to it or just walk with you guys there."
