Raven would raise an eyebrow as Lilim moved to hold onto her arms, before levitating off the ground and flying around the room. She would close her eyes and smile, both of her eyes going back to normal as Crow and William went back inside Raven's mind to talk amongst themselves and catch up. Her face turns a deeper shade of red as Lilim worked her hands down to her thighs, and would help Lilim adjust herself so she was being carried piggyback. She would look to Lilim and frown as she relived some of her old memories, and would hug Lilim tightly from behind.
Her attention would shift to Haldor as he explained the meaning of the Basilisk, and she would nod, seemingly understand at the historical sentiment of the name. She had never realized that its history ran much deeper than just a group of bandits. She would tighten her grip on Lilim, before her eyes narrowed and she stared out towards the door. She felt something bad was going to happen. And soon. She didn't know if this was true or not, but she knew that she didn't like the feeling she was getting in the air. She would cling to Lilim as they flew around the room, before leaning into Lilim's ear and whispering to her.
"Do you feel it...the feeling in the air...there's a sense of foreboding...I don't know what it is, but I don't like it...Just be on your guard...And if it comes down to it, I'll protect you."
She says smiling, knowing full well that Lilim was capable of handling herself, but still making it known that she would be there for Lilim, all she would need to do was call for her. She smiles and hugs Lilim before smiling at Elesa. She would talk to Elesa from above, smiling down at her.
"Are you comfortable down there, Elesa??"

Will would sigh before kissing the top of Elesa's head and setting her back in her chair. "I'll be back as soon as I can. I promise when I get back I'll play some games with you Sweet Pea." Will told her, giving her an apologetic smile as he rubbed her head. He then stood up and walked out the house, knowing Haldor would follow behind him.
Meanwhile, the hawk flew around the town, surveying the town and looking for their targets. The hawk continued to fly until it spotted Will, and immediately turned back. The hawk flew back to the masked man and landed on his shoulder and began cawing, like it was speaking to him. The man listened, understanding the bird before turning to the rest of the group. "Well, seems as though our old friend Will Stone is here, so should the rest of his friends." The man told everyone, his voice muffled from the mask. as soon as the Juggernaught heard Will's name, he started grunted, enraged by the name. The woman holding his chain leashed smirked as she hushed him. "Shh my baby. Come her and I'll let you go down there and show that mean ol' Will what for." She told him. The giant of a man got down enough she could reach up and take his collar off. She smirked and kissed his metal covered face. "Go get him baby." She smirked. The man roared and started running towards the town. It would take him a few minute to get there though.

(so, who's playing all of these assassins??)
It wouldn't take long before Raven sensed the thumping in the ground. Her brow would furrow and she would climb off of Lilim's back, landing on the ground. She would lower her body to the ground and close her eyes, tapping into the ground's energy to see that something was coming at them quickly. Something large. She would sigh and stand up, going over to the wall and grabbing her staff before turning towards Lilim.
"Stay inside. Even if it's for your sister's sake. There's something coming...Something I don't exactly like. Just....Stay here, ok?"
She says before walking outside. She would walk up to Haldor and Will, looking between the both of them before looking around. She could feel the energy headed towards the two of them, and she would continue looking past the houses and up towards the many cliffs and hills, narrowing her eyes. She would look back at the two of them apologetically, but decided against saying anything, as to not worry the two of them. She would sigh and grow her wings, before flying upwards so she was sitting on the roof of one of the houses. She would retract her wings, and her eyes would start glowing as William and Crow spoke to her.
"You sense it to Raven?"
"Yes..."
"I don't like it either..."
"It doesn't look like anything is coming...so in the meantime..."
She says closing her eyes and holding her hands out in front of her. She would slowly whisper a chant, her voice changing and both of her eyes would glow purple. She opened her eyes, and a portal would open up in front of her, different from before. This was the Queen's Pocket. She would reach her hand inside and dig around, before pulling out the book of shadows that her mother had mentioned to her previously. Smiling, she closed the portal and would set the book on her lap, opening it up and starting to read through its pages. It's pages would be written in the language of the witches, so that its contents wouldn't fall into the wrong hands and cause mass destruction.

((I'll play all the people coming for us now))
((got it!))
Audemar put his head in his hands and looked around at all the sin in that place, then he glanced to the thing that labeled him less than a man he so badly wanted to kill.
Will watched Robin and Haldor pledge before him and watched as Gaia sprinkled the dust onto him. He looked up once she disappeared and turned to went back inside, hearing Haldor talk about chatting later, chuckling as he opened the door.
As soon as Will opened the door, The Juggernaut charged through the walls of Wellsprings, ramming through them with ease. Sent into a rage, He steam-rolled through the town, looking for Will. His footsteps shook the ground with every stomp and he easily trampled and stalls or carts in his way. Not too far behind him was the rest of the Hit Squad, walking in briskly as the Juggernaut charged through the town.

Lilim looked off in the same direction as Raven, her brow furrowing and her eyes narrowing into a combat ready glare, "Yeah... I'm sensing it... And I really don't like it..." she whispers in a serious tone. She'd lower herself as Raven starts to slide off of her back, letting her down with ease, "No promises, Raven. You be careful, you hear me?" she calls out as Raven exits to do her thing.
Elesa would murr and protest as Will sits her down in her seat again, but listens to Lilim for a moment and thinks it over, drawing her hands close to her chest and getting up to spend time with Lilim while Raven, Will, and Haldor stepped outside, moving to raise her arms and ask for Lilim to pick her up. She'd cling to Lilim lovingly, seeking comfort now as she muddled silently over the man that had been so nice to her... The man that had mad her laugh... The man she had rescued when they first met... Turning out to be a murderer sworn under a blood oath. She'd tighten her grip on Lilim, but would flinch and whimper timidly as she hears the screaming and crashing from outside.
Lilim would turn to face the door as she hears the sudden outburst of loud noises, "Well... That doesn't sound good. Matthew?... Please take Elesa and get everyone out the back. Elesa... Now's the time. Call him." she says quickly before moving to stand Elesa on the floor with one last hug. She'd make sure Elesa understood before moving away from her and rushing out the door to see what was the matter. Unfortunately, this would put her right in the path of the Juggernaut, and Lilim would turn and see him barely in time to see the back of his wrist coming. But as he went to bat her away, Lilim would grab onto him and used her alien strength to spin him around and flip him onto his back, making him hit the ground with a loud crash, "Stop tearing up the village ya jerk!!! We've worked all day to get these people to trust us and now you've come in and started to stomp a mud-hole in all of our progress!!! Apologize right now before I stomp a personal mud-hole in your face!!!" she screams at the top of her lungs, clearly not amused by the giant just as he was likely dazed to have gotten submission flipped by a girl a fraction of his size.
Walking with the villagers out the back way of the house, Elesa would stagger and yelp as she just about lost her balance. Looking to Martha, whom she'd lean on for comfort, "Thank you... I promise, I'll do my best to keep everyone safe." she says before pulling her wind charm off of her belt, getting into a stance and focusing hard, "Phoenix of the Wind!! By your name I summon you to my aid!! Peridot!!" Elesa calls out loudly, aiming her charm toward the sky. The charm would glow a bright mix of neon green and sky blue, sending a beam into the horizon. Mere seconds later, a loud screech would be heard, and appearing from behind an overhead cloud would come a massive avian.
As it got closer it would be seen to grow larger and larger, until this avian was about half the size of the house everyone was just inside, with a wingspan that made it appear almost 4 times larger. The avian would carefully land with a soft thud, looking every bit like a gigantic brown feathered Roc, but it would lower its head to Elesa and seemed to nuzzle into her ever so delicately with its beak. Elesa would giggle to this attention, and hugged the bird in return, "Everyone!! Quickly, onto Peridot's back!!" she calls out before giving a jump and climbing aboard the massive avian's head.
Once everyone was mounted up, Peridot would spread his massive wings and channel a bright green and blue energy into his wings, the same colors as Elesa had used from her Wind charm. This energy would see the avian taking to the air with little effort at all, and certainly no need for sharp lifts and flapping that would have stirred up winds that would have tore half of the village apart. An effort very likely well appreciated by those of the village. The avian would take the villagers to the safety of almost 200 feet into the air, holding himself stable in a gliding stance so that any that wished to walk out onto his wings or look down below at the action could do so safely. He'd also go about circling the village to give everyone a decent view from all possible angles. Needless to say Peridot would keep everyone safe from arrows or other projectiles, because if any were shot at him, he'd simply change the wind sharply and knock the projectiles off course.

Will turned and saw the Juggernaut coming for Lilim. Luckily, she had enough strength to pin him down. Unfortunately, not for long. The Juggernaut saw Will and went into a greater state of rage, throwing Lilim onto the ground before charging at Will.
Will barely had time to react, luckily scaling up before the Juggernaut grabbed him. It carried him a few more feet before tossing him like a ball into a house.
There was a clapping sound as the rest of the group arrived. "Good, now finish him dear." The woman with whip told the Juggernaut as it charged towards the house Will was in.

Raven would look up from her book as she felt the ground shake beneath her, and heard the mass destruction of the buildings and villages. She would sigh and close her book, holding her hand out in front of her and opening the Queen's Pocket, placing he book away before shutting it and making it disappear. She would stand up, only to see a Juggernaut charging through the town, destroying everything. Though what formed a lump in her stomach was when she noticed it seemed to be targeting Will. She would move to take action, only to stop in her tracks as Lilim raced out and pinned the Juggernaut to the floor. She would smile, but only for the briefest of moments as she watched it fling Lilim off. Though something else would catch her eye. She would look up and see a giant bird sweep down from the sky, only to nuzzle into Elesa and take all the villagers onto its back, before soaring in the air.
She would sigh in relief, knowing the villagers were safe, before turning to the Juggernaut. Though it was shortly after this she would notice a group of people walk up to it, speaking to it and appearing to be controlling it. She would scowl as she lowered herself to the ground in front of them, promising to protect Lilim and Will, making sure she would heal them later. She gazes at all of them before turning around and holding her hand out to the Juggernaut, her hands forming a claw like shape as her eyes glowed purple.
"Mafiet."
She says before a black and purple orb starts growing out of the palm of her hand. It would get bigger and bigger, until finally it was at least two times bigger than the Juggernaut. She would then release it, and it would fire at rapid speed towards the Juggernaut, trapping it inside. Though this would only buy her enough time to hopefully convince them to leave. She would turn to the group, a glare so stern it would pierce right through them, as she held the Juggernaut in her orb, suspended in the air.
"You have already caused enough trouble here and made a mess of things...leave....this is your first and only warning...don't make me beat you into submission...Today is not the day to test my patience..."
She says, her voice cold. She would keep the Juggernaut suspended in the air until they agreed to leave, or until something broke her concentration. She wold stare the group of them down and stand her ground, not showing any fear to any of them, though her eyes would glow white and black as William and Crow spoke to her.
"Raven, calm down....Your going to get yourself worked up..."
"What? What happens when she get's worked up??"
"William, I love you, but unless we reach that point it is probably better you don't know..."

Lilim eeped as she got flung away while holding onto the giant's wrist, flung into a house that collapsed on top of her, burying her in rubble. She'd not stay down for long though, as she bolstered her magic when she heard the woman controlling the giant speak, though Raven containing the giant made her calm a bit.
Haldor acting so selfless and respectful to her wishes was more than enough drive for her to send out a pulse of magic and fly out of the rubble, "I'm ok, Haldor. Thank you for checking on me, Hun... But please stand back. If these people are killers then they must learn their place. Starting with the loudmouth there that controls the giant!!" Lilim shouts before soaring toward the woman with her fists doubled up.
She'd not draw her claws as of yet, because she wanted to first do as she had told Haldor to do. She'd try to prove her point about taking down enemies without killing them as she rushes in and hits the whip cracking woman with a flying tackle, submission rolling the both of them to a plot all their own and the fight was on.
The song of Lilith was drawing to a close though, and Lilim's reaction time would be slowed a bit as drowsiness was quickly creeping in to claim Lilim for the day. She still had enough fight in her to give this whip cracker a beating though, even if Haldor may have to save Lilim in the end after all. When Lilim passed out, she'd be completely vulnerable, but that hasn't become the case just yet.
Elesa would watch the fighting from the safety of Peridot's back, sitting in Matthew's lap as her hair blew in the wind, though the wind would be blocked around Martha and Jimmy, as he used his feathers to skillfully draw them in closer to his back, the large avian's body being surprisingly warm and soft if Martha allowed herself to feel it. Elesa would cling softly to Matthew's arms, though the wind would catch her hair just right at that moment and reveal something blue on the back of her neck. Closer inspection would reveal the letters E L E S A. Clearly a slave mark spelling out the child's name.
She had clearly been owned by a slaver before, but she seemed to have a lot of freedom now. No sooner did Matthew move her hair to inspect the mark would Elesa move her right hand to rub the mark calmly, glancing back to him with a clear sorrow in her eyes, believing Matthew knew what that mark meant. Such imprinted markings signified a slave that had spent the better part of 5 years or more in slavery, and at Elesa's young age, Matthew surely knew what that had done to her.

Elesa would tear up a bit, leaning into Matthew as he spoke, "Which one?... I've been a slave as long as I can remember up until Big Sis rescued me... Which only happened a bit longer than a year ago. I had 6 masters in my life... And... It was my Second Master that gave me this mark... My name... Back in my earliest memories. I was locked in cold metal cages, beaten and thrown into walls... Bound in all sorts of ways... Taken... Over and over again..." she says as her voice devolves into a whisper, starting to shake like a leaf out of pure fear from reliving her memories as she explained in what little childish detail she could. But her PTSD would cause her fear to well up, clinging to Matthew again as she started to cry.
Lilim would sense the energy welling up in Elesa, dancing around the woman as she cracked her whip, channeling a small, clear orb into her hand, "Siphon!!" she calls out as she spins and tosses the orb up to Peridot, and lets it find its way to Elesa. Lilim would speak to Elesa through the orb, slowly drawing out her fear into the orb, "Elesa... You know I'm about to fall asleep down here... But I can still fight. I need your help though. Fill this orb with your worry, your sorrow, and your fears, and when you get the chance, throw it back to me. Elesa... Let me take your fears and seal them away. As long as I live, I'll never let anyone hurt you again. You know this. Remember the promise we made?" Lilim says coaxingly.
Elesa would reach for the orb and bring it close to her heart, hugging into it to let it absorb her negative emotions and allowed the orb to turn bright red. The orb would also leech a bit of Matthew's fear as well, relieving him of it so he no longer felt as afraid, "Everyone!! Big Sis needs energy!! Please!! Channel your fears, worries, and sorrow into this orb!! Big Sis can use that power to save the village!! Please help her!!" Elesa calls out as she holds the orb up, reaching out to try and draw as much of their timidity related negative emotions as she could.
