OY! I need a bit of help from y'all!

I need to know what ideas you have for what sort of OC I could turn this thing into, I did a poll over on Google+ and more people voted for this than they did a Habitant OC, Dragon OC or even a Mushroom Giant OC...

So, feel free to tell me what sort of creature/species/being I should make out of this, be it a mutated human, an alien, some sort of demon or even dare I say a kaiju-esque thing~

My first thought when I see that picture is some sort of nightmare demon. Perhaps it has to feed off other people's fears to survive? It's the closet bogeyman, the monster under the bed, and uses the endless loop of causing fear just to feed on it.

Maybe, keep the ideas rolling~

Perhaps a dream/emotion eating yokai/oni/demon? Or maybe a consumer of souls?

Depends on what kind of RP you want to do. Free form thread? How about a reflection horror version of a normal human that comes out when they're in danger?

For a dungeon fighter rules and GM game you might make them a fantasy race similar to drow elves or under-dark kind... Maybe they'd be good on an evil campaign?
