The setting is rather crucial to the plot. I'm willing to answer any lore questions and am willing to accept some, not all, lore requests.
THIS RP WILL BE ONE OF MANY RP ARCS IN THE CHRONICLES OF ICHOR. ANY ACTIONS WITHIN EACH ARC HAVE THE POTENTIAL OF AFFECTING THOSE OF ANOTHER ARC.
The plot of this arc:
The Twin Kings of Cae'bril, Nemoto and Minamoto, are nearly a legend to many. Benevolent, gracious, and largely pacifist, they are surprisingly effective in ruling their kingdom with a gentle yet simultaneously firm hand, and they have the respect from all the other kingdoms. Rumored almost to be something higher than man, they share the authority vested to them by the Lotus, the sentient Ichor Source of Cae'bril.
With the fall of Arkaria and the troubles that are plaguing Ristvak and Aesteshire, there has been a mass exodus of people over the past year converging into Cae'bril, seeking refuge and a more peaceful life, and the communities there are becoming strained with the sheer population growth of the smallest, yet the most prosperous kingdom, shielded within its high walls.
Your character is a mercenary, one who has worked peacefully with the Kings before when the inevitable violence had to be shed, and someone that the Kings were able to vest their trust upon. You receive a quiet summons to the Palace of Cae'bril in the city of Illustra, and you know for certain that they're going to have another assignment for you.
This RP will be of the subsequent adventures. The way I will RP in this one is with your character as a "main" character, and me filling in any other characters that are needed. Romance is possible, (not with the Kings, unfortunately
) but not required.
I would like RP players who write at least 30 words per post. No maximum post amount. Also, I'm looking for players who will PM me a lot. Communication is important in regards to backstories and things so we can create more plot.

Players I approve may also play an unlimited number of minor characters as the situation so calls for. I will also throw in minor characters as needed.

Characters:
--must fit a medieval fantasy setting
--must be able to defend oneself and fight effectively, especially against multiple foes
--must be able to at least tolerate, if not good at, working with wolves
--must be literate
--must be at least 16 years old
--cannot have an Evil alignment
--I'm pretty lax about the species but it's still at my discretion.
