"Raid the damn store and get the hell out I'd say." Wildner said, and checked his equipment.
Finlay nodded eagerly. Yes, the minute they had supplies, they could escape the city, the gangs, the hoards of zombies. That would be their best bet. She could not stand another confrontation with the Red Eagles, and she didn't think she could handle all that much more killing either. How sad, considering, they were in a time, in which it was kill or be killed.
Claudia nodded in agreement. She would love to get out of this city alive and be able to move on forward. But that would leave her to the next problem of where they would go and how many dead would be walking where they went to? She began packing up her small items into the backpack she had and looked at her half empty and fully empty jugs of water. "Do any of you know where I can fill these up?"
Wildner looked at Claudia. "We'll look for drinks in the store."
"Anyone got an idea of how to do this? We have no clue as to how many there are just yet."
"Anyone got an idea of how to do this? We have no clue as to how many there are just yet."
"We lure 'em out." Rodrik suddenly spoke."Then we run in, get what we can, and haul our asses out of there. I suggest we use a car and drive it around the street, make lots of noise so those braindead bastards will come shambling out of their holes."
Liam grinned widely, and searched for his charcoal piece. It was almost too small to write with, but he made due, when he was done, there was nothing of it left, but a smudge on his fingers.
I can do that It would be fun.

"But wouldn't that also lure whatever else is OUTSIDE of the store? All the dead that walk along the roads?" She didn't think it was a brilliant idea at all. "I think our best bet would be to scout out once we get there what the real damage is inside the store and pick them off and find out secondary escape route in-case we get over run with them." She saw that everybody was looking at her while she spoke and she held out her hands. "I'm just saying... More noise will cause them to come faster to us versus us just being quiet about it. Get in, get out."
"Careful approach." Rodrik admitted."But what if we get caught? One of us screams, and it'll alert the horde none the less. Then we're in the storm none the less. No, we can't risk that. We need a distraction, and driving around in the car is the safest one yet. Back in the military we quickly learned that a loud noise is the best way to catch your enemy off guard. It'll work this time as well."
In all honesty, he just wanted to be the smart veteran of the group. His idea was extreme, but he was also sure it would work with the least risk to the group, though the one driving has a high probability of dying if not skilled enough to avoid the walking corpses.

Finlay chewed her lip. Then spoke, not that she expected to be taken seriously, she was after all, the child of the group. "I Think a distraction would be best... we blew up a helicopter last time, and it worked well enough. I say, Liam parks the car for us to load, and jacks another, to lure them away from the shop. Then maybe, we could load supplies, and still have a safe getaway car, while he keeps them occupied...."
"I understand this, but these enemies are different from the living ones... By now if someone screams then they deserve what they get." She shrugged her shoulders. "I mean no offense, but what is screaming going to do but #^%& with your nerves and get you killed..." She looked over at the girl and nodded. "That is a good method but we would need to find a safe enough vehicle for the food and for all of us to fit into while still being able to have enough gasoline to get to the next area. And the last spot of gas I was able to find was really far away, where my car is."
"If we're in luck, several of the cars in the parking lot across the street still have gass in them, at least enough to get us out of here." He thought for a moment. "What about a ring of fire?" he suddenly said.
Finlay shrugged. "We have the truck. It has half a tank of gas still, and the bed is big enough that the food, and two of us could fit in there. The rest of us can fit in the cab."
She did not comment on the woman's comment about screaming. Simply lowered her head some, because deep down she knew, she was only person here who would react in that manner. The rest of them would be fine, but she would freak out to be sure.
She looked up again when Wildner suggested a ring of fire. "Whats that?"

Wildner grinned at his own plan. "If we collect the gasoline from all of the cars around the parking lot and pour it out around the store, we can light it. We'll then make a lot of noise to draw the zombies out, and those around us into the fire. We'll grab the supplies, load the truck and simply drive out." He shrugged. "It's bold and it takes time to prepare, but if we can pull it off quietly, it might just work."
"Thats actually a pretty good idea!" Claudia stated in their response. "Should we atleast siphon some of the gas for ourselves? I'm sure the grocery store will have those red gas tanks." She gleamed at the thought. The truck did seem like it would have the room to hold them up in. "Maybe we could replenish some of our things that are slowly getting ruined if we have time while we're there?" The thought was suggested but she doubted they'd have enough of 'safe time' to get it and get out.
"We'll gather up the gas for the fire first, and load the rest onto the truck." Wildner nodded.
Rodrik listened to her. She's hardened from what happened, the redhead figured. He actually respected her a bit more for that. Claudia seemed to realize what was at stake here. He also noticed Fin lowering her head. Whenever something about some sort of weakness was being discussed, she looked like she was about to sink into the ground. He squeezed her shoulder as he listened to Kenneth's idea.
"But what of those who'd show up from the streets? It might be best if we surround ourselves with fire instead. That way we won't get caught in the back, and we'll deal with most of the threat around."

Finlay jerked instinctively at the touch, but settled seconds later, feeling foolish for having startled at was surely meant as a comforting pat. She had nothing to add to the conversation. So long as they zombies didn't trap them in the store, she would be fine with whatever they decided.
"That's the whole point of the fire," Wildner explained. "We'll light it around the store, making sure no zombies from the streets can make it through without burning to ashes. We'll lure out the zombies inside the store, grab what we can, and get the hell out."
"Or we can lure the zombies out into a fortress of fire that they can't get out of. But we should look for an exit in the back as a secondary escape route." She could understand the unspoken fear the girl had for being trapped. Claudia gave Finley a weak smile in reassurance. Giving her a look that verified she wouldn't let anything happen to her.
Fin met the girls eyes only momentarily before she dropped them again, with a small smile. "I think an emergency exit is a good idea.."
