Yes, any natural magical abilities you will be allowed to keep, so long as you compensate for the limits of the baby/toddler body you'll have during the RP. Meaning the magic level and control will not be the same as your adult self. If that makes sense.

Either or. Whichever you're most comfortable with. The cursed mirror idea is just a starter for those that want to use it. It's not a requirement. Part of the idea was to make the place available to parents and children that need a childcare service at night, so if you want to make a child character for the RP, that's ok with me.
