If someone had told me a week ago, that in a weeks time I'd be fighting a giant (the anthropomorphic form of the common cold mind you). Along side a boy my age brought straight from the 1970's with a Walkman attached to his hip, while listening to Mr.Blue sky on repeat(in the parking lot of a fiesta foods no less). I would've first asked you who you were and how you got into my house, then I would've told you that kind of thing only happens in books.

Well apparently I happened to be the main protagonist, so yay. Not only have I been dragged into this world of gods and monsters, but I ended up dragging some of my friends into it to, could things get any worse for me at this point!? All I wanted was to get breakfast.

((Ooc: looking for a nice group of players to experience this journey along with my characters, it's a world I've built on my own with some help from a favorite childhood book series. No trouble at all, should tell you though this story is a modern adaptation of...what little info I can gather on the ancient Celtic mythos leaning more heavily twords Irish and Scottish beliefs and depictions.
