Hello everyone, I'm looking for moderators, members and anyone else that's looking to help me! This is an OC only Dragon Ball rp, but many of the same locations and planets will still be here. None of the canon characters will be here, custom races, planets and even transformations are all highly encouraged!
When it comes to knowledge of the series, the most that you would have to know of is the existing planets and the species that inhabit them! Things like starting power levels, rules and things along those lines is what I want people to help me with. I want everyone to be happy, not just me!

More combat than not. The setting may be at war, and the characters will likely get involved whether or not they seek it out.
