"Lets just run another test on her,then give her a break."
Angel heard the thoughts and conversations of the white coats,also known as the workers at this "School",and shuddered. Not another test,she was exhausted...and in pain from the shocks. Please no. But,of course,they walked to her cage. The little girl backed up in her cage,putting her arms around her knees. The figures opened the cage and dragged her out of it,causing her to scream. Her wings popped out and she tried flying,but got shocked by this..electric thing she couldn't understand and yelped. The 6 year old remained quiet and walked to this room,her head down and hands tied behind her back.
Angel was a human-Avian hybrid,which meant she was 98% Human,and 2% Avian. The girl had white wings that were pretty strong,for her age. Was she the only one who was this species? No,her flock was searching for her outside of the school. This school,wasn't the educational type. It was a living nightmare. There were scientists putting tests on their kind,making them run in a maze over and over,taking blood tests,and if they got all the other tests wrong...they were shocked with electricity guns,or tazers as most call them. Most of the Times they were just punched and slapped,then thrown back in their cage. They rarely had any breaks during the exhausting tests,and were in pain when they finally stopped. The others had escaped multiple times,but erasers took the girl when they weren't paying attention and brought her back here. Last time she was here,Angel was a baby...and the others were kids,possibly 10. Jeb...
Angel shook her head to clear her thoughts and looked at the maze,with a sigh she looked at the doctors. "Do..I have to?" She asked,knowing the answer..it was a stupid question. "Of course you have to,#12. Now go on." One of the doctors in lab coats told her in a harsh tone,holding a tazer in his hand. Angel immediately nodded and starting towards the entrance of the maze,starting to run through it. The girl had memorized it from running through it multiple Times,but was exhausted half way through it and fell,not going any further. The doctors noticed and wrote something on his clipboard,then rushed to the patient and tazed her.
"What the hell do you think you're doing?!" He yelled,and Angel screamed,in pain from the shock. He picked her up and walked to the cage,once again throwing her inside it. She landed with a thud and started crying,huddling into the corner. The doctor ignored her cries and walked away.
"Someone...help me.." she though to herself,crying harder. Will you help her,or abuse her like the rest..?
Hey guys!~ So,I'm in LOVE with Maximum Ride,which is a manga,book series,and they even made a movie earlier in the year. The movie was poorly done,bad effects and they changed the characters completely...but I still liked it. So,I recently made Angel and Max from the series!~ I would love to do this rp and I'm very excited for it! This is a 1×1 rp,but if you'd prefer we can do a couple 1×1 and maybe a little group rp? It's up to you guys to be honest.^^" just comment if you're interested. Basically your character is either helping her and is friends with the flock,or one of the doctors at this "School". It's a sci-fi setting,possibly modern or medieval. ^^ Thanks guys!~Candy.

Magic is rare, but not unheard of. Mundane characters may or may not believe in it. Magical characters may form small and exclusive pockets for study, protection, etc.
Near future, perhaps cloning and genetic manipulation
More combat than not. The setting may be at war, and the characters will likely get involved whether or not they seek it out.
Details: Freeform, adjustable length posts, one-off scene.

I've only read the first book, but I'm familiar with the series. Could I join with Jekka? He's a bird-human hybrid as well.
Could I have Soul join she's a human part bird kinda don't know the type of bird but she has large white wings she's extremely fast in the air. I've never read these books but plz don't hold it against me I'll catch on fast!!

Thx. (ok so needed to know your the only one locked up right? If so the weak fragile body about her is not applied in the one she's strong and fast she blends in with humans and doesn't really know any others her kind she was raised by a villager found abandoned the village is small so she shows her true identity to them but newcomers she will hide both her hair and wings from them wearing a white cloak). P.S when do we start rp? And what I put down for her is that ok?)
