Hello! I have been wanting another Gotham setting to play so here is the story. Who's around when Batman isn't? It's just the small ones that have to deal with it.
I need bad guys and some good guys so we can start a plot so how does it sound. Don't need to know a lot of Batman or Gotham at all. Now I'm not saying all are welcome. if you're a furry player you can use tactics to hide yourself because people won't be chill about animal people walking around.

Age: 19
Race: Afro-Latina and Italian decent
Appearance: Long, dark brown hair (naturally wavy with little curls at the end but usually straightens it), brown eyes, olive skin (more on the tan/light brown side). She's very short, only standing at 5ft with a babyface she can't seem to grow out of. Her rounded features and height make her look younger than she actually is (without being dolled up in makeup that is).
What they do: A student at Gotham University, works as an intern at a law firm in Gotham
Good or bad: Her, good. Family, not so much.
Why and how they're in Gotham: Her father moved to Gotham before she was born at met her mother and started a family.
Goals: To graduate and go to law school away from Gotham, but her grandfather has other plans for her.

Background: Her father moved to Gotham from Puerto Rico and fell in love with her mother, who was the daughter of a notorious mob boss. Their relationship was a secret until they were found out together, and there was much discourse over the relationship until her mother had became pregnant. She grew up in the same home her mother did since her grandfather forced her parents to move into the mansion he owned. Her grandfather wants her to have a role in the family, but she desperately wants to get away. She doesn't want to be involved in organized crime, but she knows so much about it already it would be easy to just hop in.

Race: Moon Demon, takes appearance of a Korean male
Appearance: Large black eyes, pale skin, and lock black hair usually pulled into a low ponytail. Has a white streak going from middle of bangs to top of head. Often (always) wears black, and a cloak. Almost can pull of a Raven genderbend.
What they do. Magic? Looks for weaknesses in Batman, and practices controlling blood lust
Good or bad: Possibly a hero, could be a villain. Unknown.
Why and how they're in Gotham: Turned from visit to need to stay and avenge sister.
Goals: Kill Batman.
He also has a crush on Robin/Nightwing.
Background: Grew up with his twin sister, travelling the world a lot. Going to Gotham, they wanted to see Batman in action and study how he moves to see if they could copy it. His sister was held hostage by the Joker, and Batman let her be killed, causing the brother to have rage for the vigilante and is trying to hunt him down.
Vigilante Name: Sin
Power/s: Blood magic (which is rarely used) and ice magic. can also grow plants, but unlike Poison Ivy, they're all healing and medical plants.
Reasoning for Justice/Crime: Was on the side of justice before Batman let Joker kill his sister, and did nothing of it. However, he is wishy washy. Is on justice for everyone but Batman, and takes down any villain when needed.
Homeworld: A moon, somewhere in space, far, far away.

His hair color is a dark chestnut color,you can almost get lost in the glisten of his deep dark waves and curls that are his hair. He stands proud and has great posture...a model person. He is slim ,but unclothed he is a bit muscular but that wouldnt make him Mr.Olympian,maybe more of a good opponent. He wears thick horn-rimmed glasses that adds a dark palette to his deep gray eyes almost like a moodlet ring that gets darker the more angry or uncomfortable he gets. His eyebrows make him always seem restful and welcoming with how dark they are, They're arched slightly at the ends. His smile could make a whole group light up with exciment and feel his enjoyment. His nose is prominent like the rest of his features. He's usually dressed in his detective uniform or a nice suit.
What they Do: Detective Work

Why or How they're in Gotham?: He is called here on an ongoing investigation of strings of murders and crimes since Batman's disappearance when Bruce Wayne was assassinated by the League of Shadows two months prior.

He had a chance to compete in the olympics but refused due to his Father having a rare diesease that made his cells sometimes over populate and make a high chance of cancer. Sadly his Father passed away at the age of 53. His Father was lead detective in Stone-gate City. The death of his father inspired him to start a career in detective and investicative work. He topped his class at #5 out of ten. He then trained and studied hard for the spot he's in now. He now walks in his fathers shoes as lead detective. He was transferred to a neighboring city called Southford and now works as an international detective.
