I've been looking at this for at least fifteen minutes now. It intrigues me. But I can't put my finger on why!

Is it the fact that it took me less than two hours to complete? Maybe the scrapbook paper I used? The excessively cheap paint?

I don't know. I'm a big sucker for patterns and symmetry, and trying to find symmetry where there is none. I think I keep trying to find certain patterns in here as well and just when I think I got it, I lose it. It's maddening and interesting at the same time.

Did you finish the other painting?

I spilled paint on it and ruined it, so I threw it out. I'm waiting on getting a big canvass for Christmas (hopefully!) so that I can do a painting based on fractals, but I might sell a couple of things that I have on furc that I don't use to make up the money if I don't get it.
