Howdy!
I'm going to be to the point. I'm looking for low maintenance, high-skill players who match my style.
I'll play my big grumpy monster man or one of my other OCs, you play whatever suits your fancy. I'm flexible on setting. I enjoy panfandom, fantasy, and modern fantasy.
THE DETAILS
[*]18+ only. I'm not interested in sexual Rp. I'm old and like to play with an older crowd.
[*]One paragraph per post minimum. I can't do much with one liners. I need a little substance. I will always cherish quality over quantity, however.
[*]I don't care if you know where a semicolon goes. I just need a partner with passable grammar skills and fluent English.
[*]Discord preferred.
[*]I usually fire posts back and forth in the evenings/late at night. I like to start a new scene every day. I will do slow posters sometimes and when a situation calls for it, but it's not in my nature.
BE A GOOD HUMAN
- Keep OOC and IC separate. Don't be a jerkface.
Interested?
- Reply to this starter post. I've given you a taste of how I Rp. Give me a taste of how you Rp!
- This is NOT an RP thread. Multiple people may reply to the post. If someone has, just go ahead and reply beneath them. It's fine!
(The setting is a fantasy labyrinth in a non-descrip place. You can have your OC there by any means you want. Have them walk through an inter-dimensional Dennys if you want. I don't care!)
Alf was brooding, because there was nothing else to do and he needed some got'damn stimulation. There were no board games, no TV, no books. Just four withering stone walls and a dripping sound that was making his head roar. His mood was slipping. He wanted to get up and turn it off. He wanted to leave, but he couldn't, because he was layered in chains he couldn't break, in the pit of a labyrinth he didn't remember entering. He certainly didn't recollect tethering himself to the ground, which left the question of who did, and where the hell they skipped off to. He had WORDS for that person.
He shifted his back legs, stretching them out and going belly flat on the floor. He looked like a lion with his arms folded under his chin and a rumble in his throat that persisted despite no one being around to hear it. That offended him. He fancied himself a loner, but he still got lonely, and a guy needed someone to show off to once in a blue moon. There was nothing to impress here but dusty walls and- nothing else, really.
He hadn't seen a solitary bug, mouse or shadow since he'd woken up. In fact, he was certain that he was alone. The walls were a mangle of stone and pipes. He didn't know that they ran the full length of the place, but he imagined the dripping he heard wasn't as close as it sounded, and that the pipes had a hand in carrying sound. He hadn't heard so much as someone sneeze. He tried not to let that bother him, it wouldn't do him a service to panic, but that was a losing battle.
He needed someone to show up so he could threaten them until they let him out.
His logic needed work.

Janella was fully in her element down here, loving underground places. They put her in mind of home. She'd made a fair bit of coin, delving into labyrinths, tombs and dungeons. Her steps were quiet, she made no noise whatsoever. The eerie quiet of this place was unsettling for her. She should have heard the scurrying of rats and spiders, but her sharp ears only picked up on the occasional drip of water. Curious about what she could find in this place, she stopped whenever she heard the sounds of chains clinking over one another.
Stifling a dark snicker and altering her course, she tracked down Alf. The mixed elf didn't make any noise in approaching, simply popping her head around the corner all of a sudden. In her cloak, hood and mask it was difficult to discern much about her. Just a bit of gray flesh and some stray strands of white hair surrounding black eyes. She still didn't say anything, head tilting as she observed him, like he was some sort of interesting experiment. The look in her eyes was cold, inquisitive. Probably not very reassuring for him.
Drawing close, moving in a crouch, she looked over the chains holding him to check for any locks. Janella was good at picking locks . . . if she felt inclined to help him, that is.
[Totally interested in this! Hooray for creepy fantasy places! PM me and I'll give you my Discord, would love to rp with you! I'm often on late at night, central time! Let me know if you'd like to rp!]

This was the last thing Osiron imagined when he picked up that necklace in the antique shop. Curse his love for shiny things! And the traces of magic radiating from it didn't help further drawing him to the object. He had been inspecting the gemstone in the pendant, there was a flash, and then he lying on the cold stone floor of this... this maze. Thankfully he managed to keep his wits about him enough to try and figure out just where he was so he could get home.
Unfortunately the space is far too small for him to assume his true form, so Osiron keeps his human disguise. With a flick of his wrist he summons a small orb of light to see by after determining that he's in no immediate danger. His eyes trace the pipes along the walls as he makes his way trying to discern his location; was this the lower floor of some kind of factory? No. There's no machine hum, in fact there's very little noise at all which makes Osiron uneasy.
Wherever the path split, Osiron marks the wall with a pebble trying to keep track of where he's been. Hours creep by and a weariness from the monotony starts to creep in. "Damn this place..." He curses under his breath, but the sound of chains scraping the stone halt him in his tracks; it's coming from up ahead. Tensing, Osiron dims his light peering into the darkness.
((*scoots Osi out into the world* Tis my first post here, outside the intro channel at least, and I'm hoping to get into some interesting RP. I don't mind RPing on Discord at all either. Tho, keep in mind that I do work full time Sun-Wed. I'm in EST time.))

An accident,
Just an accident, and he winds up in this mess....great.
Out of all the places he could have fallen into, he tripped straight into an abandoned looking hole, with three tunnels branching of off it, going underground to God knows where. Why couldn't it have been a shallow hole with a bunch of daisies to breaking his fall!? But no. Nope. That wouldn't do. It had to be some sort of sinister, uncanny looking Labyrinth, that was seriously creeping out Gabriel with very second he stood there and stared at the three underground passageways. It was damp, it was enclosed, and Underground, and rather...scary, if he was honest with himself. Gabriel liked places where he could easily roam about to his free will; in the warm sun where he could see the forest stretch for miles, with the grassy fields blooming with buttercups and flowers alike. The crumbling stone walls showed none of that, but instead probably being the last image one would see if they got lost in this supposed Labyrinth.
Gabriel tilted his head upwards, looking and praying for any signs of golden sunlight that may be shining dimly from the mouth of the deep and rather steep hole he had fallen down. But alas, his prayers weren't answered as he had been plummeted into near pure darkness, another one of his many dislikes and unfortunate fears. He deffinatly knew that even in his true form or as a human, he wouldn't be able to exit this forsaken place from whence he had came or fallen down from. So, with a throbbing pain in his chest and trying to swallow down his fear with a loud gulp, Gabriel decided to begin his journey with in the Labyrinth; quietly making his way down the middle passage way out of the three that were in option.
In all honesty, he hated being underground, but he pressed on. He knew panicking wouldn't help him now. So, he decided to keep quiet in case there was anything else down here, anything that maybe bigger or maybe even more scary than this whole experience. He kept on coming across forks in his path. The Tunnels and passageways splitting into two, three or maybe even more. Soon, Gabriel lost track of where he had initially come from or where he was planning of going and ending up. His eyes managed to finally adjust to the darkness, only being able to see a few feet ahead or so in front of him. He soon started to notice that pipes began to stick out of the crumbling brick walls that made up the tunnels and passageways he quietly travelled down. What could these be used for? And even so, how far has he come now if there were pipes?
An echoing tap of a droplet of water hitting the surface of a metal pipe, made Gabriel nearly jump as high as the passageway ceiling. Thankfully, he hadn't made much noise and manage to keep his cover. Again, another tap of a water droplet echoed down the tunnel. Due to Gabriel being an inquisitive soul, he decided to try and home in on the tapping noise, but whenever he thought he had managed to find the source of the noise, other tap sounded in the distance. Sounding much further away where he had anticipated it originally came from.
Three times a charm. At a quicker pace now, hearing the tapping from down the tunnel he was trying to quietly travel down, Gabriel was now almost content on finding the noises source. However, he may have made the mistake of thinking to soon that the third time over would be lucky.
He had managed to travel down the passageway quietly, almost moving like a ghost as his footsteps created no click or clack as they met the stone floor, but when he came upon the room he stopped dead in his stride.
He had made the mistake of quickly glancing to his right as the room opened up; at that moment felt a quivering shiver shoot up from the base of his spine as he saw the creature laying out flat on the cold Stoney floor that Gabriel also stood up on a few feet away from its side. Not even Gabriel's breath made a sound as it got lodged in his throat. His mouth open in fear. His eyes wide open in terror upon seeing the Beast, almost held captive by the thick chains that it was locked up and tangled within.
Gabriel tried to move. He can not stay here. He could not let that thing see or hear him.
He took a step back as slowly as he could, trying to not make a sound as he did...
But he had not checked where to place it behind him. As his foot made contact with the floor, it clipped a stone which send it flying across the floor. Clicking and clacking as it went, it ending up ricocheting off the creatures side.
The stone was small, possibly a little bigger than a pebble. Maybe it didn't feel it thought Gabriel. But by God did it make a sound as the noise echoed and bounced off the various walls and down the numerous tunnels within the labyrinth and the room itself.
...
Did the creature hear Gabriel?.... Or was he safe?
[Yay!! Managed to finally reply to this post! Firstly, I'm sorry for the post/reply being so long, I never intended it to be this big for my first go. I hope it's alright; the grammar, punctuation and spelling I believe are alright too. But I love a good old fantasy RP. Although I'm new signing up to this website I'd also use this called discord and I do prefer it more than this place, however I can use both if that's less of an inconvenience to anyone. Also, I saw that you, Greek Celtic, had a discord server, I'm not sure if I signed up to it or not or if I'm just being a pesky annoyance to you and on that case I'm sorry!!
Anyhow, Id love to join in with an Rp or two!! I'm also free the majority of the time too.
If you'd like to rp or would like me within one, please private message and I'll try to respond as soon as possible!! Thank you for the chance!!]
