The Monster Facility is a place for humans and monsters to live as one, taking in and caring for a population of Monsters and Nonhumans.
In this sector, the area looks like an apartment complex with a large outdoor area that happens to have a pool, is winged and aquatic friendly, and holds a natural forest surrounded by a protective magic barrier.
The Apartment complex holds several shops and such where monsters and humans can work to earn rewards and hangout. These include: an automatically restocked store, a cafe, an arcade, a karaoke booth, and an indoor pool for those who can't or don't want to outside and the winter.
Apartments For Rent!
All Apartments can be inhabited, all with at least 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, a living room and kitchen, and are all rather large being a 10x12 suite. Can be decorated almost completely, with the exception being floor changes. If winged beast or aquatic beast inhabit it, it shall be renovated to fit all requirements.
