In the northeast region of Skyrim, a lone inn sits along the road, with little significance, other than an Orc writer (AKA, the famed chef, the Gourmet) being assassinated recently in the cellars. Occasionally, the wary Argonian can be seen, drinking with Nords, a Breton sweeping the cobbled ground, or a mercenary leaning against a wall, looking for adventure and payment.

You see the inn through a snowstorm, thinking it would be good to get out of the snow for a while. You open the door, to see a warm hearth, good food and mead, and mostly-friendly patrons. In the corner, a shady-looking Argonian observes your movements, calculating your threat. What is she here for, and why are you the center of her attention?

Elder Scrolls V; Skyrim roleplay, around five years after Alduin, Miraak, and Lord Harkon are defeated by the Dragonborn in 4E 201.

Rules;
-Any fantasy character can join
-No vulgarity
-No sexuality
-Clean language
-No OP characters
-Have fun and get lost in the adventure.

I'll join, wether or not Felynes are allow.

Any fantasy race is allowed, as long as you explain how they got there and not go crazy with power.

Felynes don't have any true special power, unless in large groups. Felynes are not native to Skyrim, so should we say they were transported here over seas?

Perhaps from a portal which opened on the ocean, or in the woods from their homeland. But that's just my suggestion lorewise.

No, I don't think it is. Just do what you would normally do in a fantasy world, except with lizard and cat men (Argonians and Khajiit).
