INTRODUCTION

In the year 2018, a series of huge geomagnetic storms accured, knocking out all power for the space of two years. During those two years, the geomagtic storms ruptured tears in the universe, revealing secret portals to strange dimesions places similar to earth, heaven itself, hell itself, and other myterious places. The only difference was... These dimesions held magic, and had humanoid beings, but no humans. These beings and dimesions included:
Heaven and its Gods, Goddesses, and Angels and other Divine beings.
Hell and its Demons, Fallen Angels, Vampires, and other wicked creatures.
Forests of Shadows where Werewolves, Faires, Pixies, and Elves came.
And the Oceanous Meadows, where Nekos, Kitsunes, and Inus resided.
(There are other creatures from other worlds too! Think of a mythical creature or humanoid, and it exists. Nymphs, Merpeople, Unicorns, tree ents, so many!)
These creatures flooded through the portals, inhabited and invading planet earth. Humans and the creatures, also known as "beasts" or "breeds" began to rather peacefully co-exist, but some beasts came hate each other, like werewolves and vampires, and heavenly beings and hell beings.
It is now 22 years later in the year 2040... Will you join this chaotic world
WHAT IS THIS?
This RP revolves around characters that have powers and are usually beasts such as angels, demons, neko-people, gods/goddesses, etc. It's basically teen life + drama with mythical humanoids.
RULES

1. Place nice
2. Follow all wiki rules
3. No profanity (Tiny bit is fine.)
4. You may have up to 4 pets and two familiars.
5. We exist in 2040.
6. You may have up to ten active official OCs (this rule exists because the host has OC issues and has to have more than 2-3).
7. No age limit, but don't flood the place with babies or adults. We're mostly teenagers in this rp.
8. The city we exist in is Bisutoshiti (Beast City), named because of the amount of "beasts" that live there. However, we are in Japan.
9. The schooling/classroom system is different than Japan's.
10. No more than three powers.
11. All schools begin with Bisutoshiti ____. And there are two main schools, the academy/private school and the charter/public school.
12. Temporary OCs do not need forms and are not formal. Ex. If you use someone just for a quick incident/ a bad guy. Like some random punk who only shows up for a tiny while. These are also known as Unofficial OCs, and may be ocs that are often inactive and are active for a short period of time.
13. Almost any humanoid being is allowed. Ex. Demons, Kitsunes, Gods, Nymphs, Elves, Etc. (see below for info on non-acceptable ocs).
14. Using the Japanese honorific terms is not required when speaking to each other. (ex. Nana-chan, Shima-Senpai, Kiki-Sensei, etc.)
15. This Japan is different than the modern day one. The school system is more like Americas, mixed with Japan's and my own ideas. There are also a lot of foreigners in his 2040 Japan, so it's not odd to see Americans or Italians etc.
16. Including any of the Gods from Greek/Roman mythology (or any other already existing Gods) is strictly forbidden. Along with creating mythological beings that already are famous. Ex. Cerberous. You may have a three headed demon dog, just not specificly Cerberus. Ex. #2 Medusa. No. You may not rp medusa. Be original, creative.
17. Please use grammar to the best of your abilities.
18. Excessive drama is allowed.
19. Rule 19 has two parts: PT. 1) Not engaging in character interaction with other members is strictly forbidden. We'd like to keep this roleplay going and try not to have people feeling left out. PT. 2) If you join, I expect you to be active. If you do not RP for a week without notifying me, you will be removed from the thread (This may have exceptions, like myself, and people that are huge to the RP progress.)

FAMILIARS

Familiars are powerful spiritual beings that come in all forms and sizes. They have up to 4 magical powers which can either give them strength, their master strength, or both. Familiars are harmed if they stay in their material form for too long, so they only materialize when needed.
As familiars are powerful, each master can only have two, and they must be compatible. Ex. You cannot have a sun demon with a moon familiar, or a moon familiar with a sun familiar, etc.
(if you have seen Fairy Tail, they are like the celestial spirits.)
Familiars usually choose their masters, and have levels. A level 1 familiar is newborn and are very weak. Level 100 are adolescent and are mediocre, level 500 are adult and are quite powerful, and then theres lvl 10,000+ which are extremely rare and could possible blow up an entire country the size of japan.
Leveling takes time, hard work, skill, strength, and trust. If both master and familiar are lacking any of those, leveling past 100 will not accure.
Familiars that are 10,000 are so rare because: Both must start training at a very young age. Most masters with Familiars lvl 10,000+ are around age 28-40 and started training their familiars at age 2-4. Another reason is most master-familiar relationships lack one or more requirements for leveling. Another is it takes a long time comitment.
Also, if a master abuses a familiar, it WILL retaliate, either through violence, curses, or just simply by abandoning the master. Do not harm your familiars.
Side Note: Only a familiars master can see it in its spirit form, unless the other person has an extremely rare ability to, or the familiar lets the person see them.
P.S. FAMILIARS CAN BE ANYTHING. I MEAN ANYTHING FROM A HAUNTED SODA CAN, TO A DEAD PERSON. They are like a mix of Celestial Spirits from Fairy Tail and Ragalia's from Noragami.

Accepted and I mentioned it in the rules, but we are in 2040, Futuristic Japan, Bisutoshiti (City). Here's something I should msntion though: Most countries world-wide have similar cultures now due to Large industrial conquering. So Japan and America are most like one country now. One of the richest corporations on earth is Sena Corp.
