You live in a world where humans coexist with a race of shapeshifting humanoids referred to as 'Dracosapiens.' These beings look like humans but their arms and legs are reptilian, they have long tails and horns and wings, and most of them have oddly-colored hair and/or eyes. Like dragons, Dracosapiens can wield an element and use a small amount of magic, though not nearly to the degree of a pure-blood dragon. However, most humans don't know these creatures exist due to their ability to give the illusion of being truly human.

Hayden Troy is abused and neglected by his foster family for his nature as a Dracosapien, and ran away from home with nothing to his name except for the clothes in his bag and the means of identification he took with him. You are a passerby, another Dracosapien, or a lonely individual who takes this cold and scared teenager under your wing (so to speak).

I'm looking for someone who is looking to develop their own character and discuss potential plot and worldbuilding ideas. The setting is modern fantasy and romance could be involved if the player is alright with it and we both feel our characters have enough chemistry and potential for a relationship of the romantic sort. Gender doesn't matter, however the other character must be of age if a romantic subplot comes to be.

I'm looking for posts longer than 3-4 sentences and someone available to rp in the evenings US Central time; Any time to post is fine, though I probably won't be able to reply right away and will usually let you know what the reason was.

I prefer to rp on Discord so if you're interested, DM me and I'll set up a server for us to roleplay on!

Hello! This seems like an interesting idea. I don't think i'll do the romance but taking a stranger under the wing does sound pretty fantastic. I'll be using My character Ritchie who is a scruffy outsider that has heart and believes better treatment for others.
