shiko chuckled a bit and scratched the back of her head at nicos comment

"I- I don't quite know how i got here... i just remember being wounded and lost all alone, then i heard shikos scream... that is how i ended up here... what about you?" Nico said, zoning out.

Avia smiles, secretly happy Nico doesn't remember anything. "You remember nothing? Not who you were fighting or anything? Strange. I was following a demon before I got distracted. I'm glad I did though - now I have a place to stay the night!" she says happily.

"As i said, I remember nothing... so this demon... it killed your family, right... I don't know if I even have a family... you want to kill the demon for revenge... yes? And when you kill it- assuming you win the fight- what will you do next how will you get out of here..?" Nico spazzed out and rested on a tree trunk. Damn, what was that, Nico thought to himself. "Sorry, I must be getting tired already.

shiko blinked a few times , then sniffed the air ," demons are coming" she turned to look at the to " nico you stay here i healed yuour wounds but if you move to much they will reopen i'll handel them , just watch"

"I'll stay with Nico," Avia says to Shiko, putting the back of her hand on his forehead, "Looks like he has a fever."

"I'm not gonna just sit here and watch... if they get too close ill hack the crap out of them," Nico lifted his sword. "Avia go fight your gonna need all the experience you cang get for that whole revenge thing going on." If they attack either one of them I'll unleash Korami...

shiko nodded and planted her self firmly on the ground in front of the two , she sniffed the air and whispered to herself 15 ... 3 are edible" she pulled up the sleeves of her kimono and cracked her little knuckes " alright , this'll be fun" suddenly her eyes where soulless and that evil smile she had returned but it was somehow diffrent , the aura was still shikos and not that of a demon

shilko took in a deep breath and continued to suck in the air until the demons where visable ,15 demons appeared throught the forest each taller and bigger then the next , finnaly shiko released her breath with a horrifying scream the sent waves through the demons rendering them paralyzied

next shikos hand turned black and her nails grew long and seemingly faster then the wind shiko was behind a pile of dust that was the demons , the only thing that remained where 3 demon caracuses and a hhuge pile of dust

shiko had returned to normal now , and she began tot examine th 3 carcuses after examing each she would pick it up and drag it over to avia and nico , showing even though for her size she has incredible strength " we're gunna eat good tonight" she had a wide smile on her face as if what she just did was normal

Glowing red eyes look at Nico, "The hard part is finding the demon. Killing it's easy." Avia stares at Shiko in amazement, and claps when it's over, cheering. "You're amazing!," she laughs.

"Shiko... I hate to rain on your parade but theres one more.., I can sense it nearby... somehow it survived, Now slowly walk this way... good now, Damn you! Korami don't fail me now! Activate!!!" Nico screamed at the demon about to attack shiko. He jumped forward and slit the neck of the final demon killing it immediately. A shining silver aura shone about the sword and the blood seemed to just didsappear.

the demon that nico killed manged to say one last thing before her turned to a pile of dust " i thought i could do it ... i thought i could kill the demon king"

" i could have handled it , but thank you" shiko froze in place " NICO YOUR WOUND , IT REOPENED" she quickly rushed over to nico and examinedd the wound " its not as bad as it could have been but you really should have listened to me

Avia didn't even notice the demon. She stares at Shiko as he attacks with hatred in her eyes. It only lasts a second, and she watches with a frightened and concerned look on her face. The girl also runs up to Nico, "Here, I'll help you carry him back to your cave"

"Yeah, The Demon King... what did it mean?" Eighteen demons killed how many more. Nico'smind went blank and he remembered something it wasnt much but it ws something. There was torches... lots of torches and Nico hung there burning under the main fire. Nico shook his ead an the vision ended.

shiko nodded , she seemed at little shaken from thee metion of the demon king "here hold him for one second" , she quickly runs over to the 3 dead demons , she grabs a thick vine and ties it around each then around her own waist " okay" she rushes back over to the two and continues to help carry nico in the direction of the cave

"I'm not some weakling.. I can walk... besides... ive got Korami if i feel that weak" Nico looked down at his sword. Korami's saved my life more than once... its a special sword but they don't know why its so special. It'll have to stay lije that for now.

shiko looked up at nico with a serious expression " listen , you had a fatal wound that just reopened , if you strain your body anymore the would will open more , and we dont want that , bacuse then ill have to heal you and that will cause you excruciating pain"

"Is that the cave over there?" Avia asks, anxious to put the heavy man down. Night is upon them, the moon shining up in the distance, trees looming up at all angles.

Nico sighed, "How close are we?" he asked Shiko I can help with the carcasses.

shiko looked ahead of them and nodded " yea it is , come on" after a bit more walking they where in the cave , inside there was a spot for a fire and several bones piled up in the back next to the pile was another pile of sharpened bones that where made into what seemed like weapons , but theres no telling what they where really for

against the wall of the cave was some folded up blankets with some pillows next to them and on the opposite side of the cave was a pile of fruit

" i can handel them , there not that heavy" she spoke as she slowly sat nico down against the wall of the cave
