As the two sleep, Avia gets up and leaves the cave, her eyes glowing, not to return until morning.

it was the middle of the night when shiko woke up , she could feel the presence of a demon and a strong demon at that , she slowly got up and walked out of the cave carefull not to make a sound so she wouldnt wake the others little did she know one of them was gone

As the night goes on, Avia runs through the forest, her smile huge and her eyes glowing. The only thought in her head is *KILL! KILL! KILL!* She finds a bunny. Dead! The fox that was stalking it. Dead! Avia laughs and licks her bloody blade. The taste of fear and pain fill her mouth. Delicious. In the middle of the night the girl takes a break, bathing and cleaning in a nearby hot spring. She sings a soft lullaby while she bathes. Her lovely voice rings through the forest.

shiko had just finnished killing the demon it wasnt nearly as strong as she thought , but she did end up covered in blood so she decided to head to the hotspring that wasnt to far away

as she reached the spring she realized she wasnt alone " hello" she said as she appeared from out of the forest

Surprised, Avia turns to see Shiko covered in blood. Her eyes widen, "What happened!? Are you okay?" she doesn't bother covering herself since Shiko is a girl, and wades over to her. "Do you want me to help you wash that off?"

shiko looked down at herself as she started to take her kimono off " oh you mean the blood , i just killed a demlon thats all " she steped into the spring and relaxed on the opposite side avia was on "i can handel it , its not dry so it'll be easy to get off"

Avia gulps and sinks into the water, only her head over it. She turns away from Shiko, "You're really scary, you know? A demon called you the demon king earlier. How old are you, really?"

shiko seemed a little shaken by the mention of the demon king " im 6 , but the demon in me is around 1000"

"Wow. Have you tried to get rid of the demon? With priests maybe?" Avia's eyes glow a little bit. She can smell the disgusting demon blood on Shiko.

shiko rubbed some of the blood off her arms " no , i know it wont work" there was a long pause before shiko spoke again " have you ever heard the legend of the demon king?"

"No I haven't" Avia whispers, leaning against a rock. She closes one eye, the other watching the forest.

shiko sighs dipping her head uner water then quickly coming back up " well the demon king is the father of all demons , its said if a demon kills the demon king he will become the number one strongest demon in both this world and the underworld" she took another long pause " he is also the only demon in the world who can not be exsorcized , and this demon king has been sealed every hundred years into a new host"

"And they chose a little girl as the new host this time? That's terrible." Avia runs her hands through her hair, moving it out of her face.

shiko chuckles a bit " its not that bad , if you knew my family" she ounce again dove under the water and didnt come up for a few minuets , ounce back up she was completely clean

Avia feels herself getting too warm. She gets out of the hotspring and puts on a simple black dress. Her eyes are glowing brightly, "See ya," the girl says before taking off. There are only a couple more hours of night. Her head is pounding, her mouth watering. The hunt begins.

shiko waved to avia as she left " see ya" she then let herself relax back on the hot rocks

Thinking about the little girl she had talked to, Avia runs through the forest. Pure hatred boils through every inch of her being. It excites her. She decides to empty her mind for now and have fun. As the sun rises in the sky she stops her hunt and heads back to the cave.

shiko had already made it back to the cave , she was now cooking some of the demon meat on the fire " hey welcome back"

Avia rubs her forehead, closing her eyes as she enters. "Hey. He still sleeping?" she asks, looking at Nico, then at the meat, "That smells good."

shiko looks up from the fire with a smile " thank you ... i cant even tell really , he may be asleep or he may just be laying in silence "
