The war has ended, the world was supposed to be at peace, except it wasn't. With the treaty is signed, the nation of Panem is split into 13 districts, and 1 man and 1 women from each district will be sent to the Capital, there they will train and be sent into a arena where they will be fighting to the death in the first annual Hunger Games.

For this I will use my characters Vivien, Whitney, and Scout. Doesn't matrer how many characters a person wants to use.

You can place more characters. I would recommend this as it is yhechunger games people will die.
