I have a number of characters that would fit more with an Ice or more darker winter themed template, but sadly there are none that work that are free. I would, if I had the ability to, make some myself but as that is only for epic users, I figured I would put there here and ask for some for the free users..

There is nothing listed to vote for anything like what I put.. Unless I cant read it, or just keep missing it.

Right, that's why you can make new suggestions and they eventually get added to the list for voting.
