"Guess that's one way to do it" Monica jokes. Marik pokes his head round the rock and looks at them, bemused. "You two ok?" He asks.

With a giggle Devil said “why wouldn’t we be worry willy?!”. Deme trotted over to them and nudged Devil who yawned slightly. two of the fawns ran over calling “DEVIL DEVIL DEVIL!!!”.

"Heh, just making sure your ok" Said Marik. Monica nudges Devil. When the fawns run over Marik looks at them in surprise.

“You won again!!! Wow threat looked so cool”!” The fawns started saying talking at once. “Calmn down sillies” Devil said laughing and the fawns stopped talking but instead followed Deme who was playing with the bucks.

"It was a pretty slick move" I say. Monica gets up. "Much better than you could do Marik" she says.

“True” Devil said jokingly stifling a laugh.

"I'll play you at this game" smirks Marik. "Sure" Monica replies smirking back. Before they can start, another wolf, slightly smaller than Marik comes sprinting out of the bushes. "Marik! Come quickly!" He shouts.

Devil jumps slightly at the smaller wolves yelling because of her sensitive hearing. “Can you NOT shout next to my twin” Deme said sorta angrily as Devil inched away from them.

"I'm sorry new folk but-but" gasps the wolf. "Yes, what is it" I ask impatiently. "Hunters are in the area, they were shooting at the wolves" he eventually says.

Devils ear fell flat on her head as she heard a very quiet and distant Yelp of pain (she could hear it because she has very good hearing from her blind eyes). “What is it?” Deme asked concerned when Devils ears twitched.

"Oh, shit" I curse under my breath. "Ok, I'll be right over" I say. "Monica, get the pups to safety. Deme, get your sister to safety as well. I don't want any of you two getting hurt." Monica gathers up the pups and runs over to the caves.

Devil gasped and ran over to the deer quickly whispering to them and watched them run off into the woods opposite of where the wolf came from. “Monica! I know a safe spot in the woods get the pups and anyone else!” Devil said rushing towards Monica closly followed by Deme.

"Lead the way Devil" Monica says. Mark and Roan begin to run towards the clearing. We can hear gunshot as we approach. "Stay hidden, I'm going to find my father" I say to Roan. Roan nods before running off into the bushes.

Devil took of running noticing one of the smaller fawns limping her leg looked injured. Devil grabbed the small fawn and carried her with them through the forest until they reached a small cave with the deer already there.

I sprint over to the Alpha's cave. As I run, a loud shot rings through the air. I feel the dust nearby me get kicked up. "Missed" I think. I quickly get into the cave. "Father?!" I call out.

Devil and Deme squezed through the small opening of the cave and sitting by the deer.

"I'm here" I hear the reply from the side of the cave. "Father, we need to fight off the hunters before they hurt someone" I say. "Yes, we need to get closer though" he peeks his head outside the cave. "Ok we need to run to the bushes off to the right" he says. "Ready? 3...2...1... Run!" He shouts as me and him sprint of towards the bushes. A loud gunshot rings through the air.

Devil heard a gunshot and stood up walking to the entrance. “I’m going to get Marik and possibly Roan I think his name is” Devil said quickly and quietly. “Wait no what about the hunters?!” Deme said as Devil was walking out. “Ok be fine” She said quickly before trotting off.

Marik had heard the loud shot but knew he hadn't been hit as he didn't feel any pain. He had also figured out where the shot had came from. He kept running until he got to the bushes. "We made it, now what father?" I ask. But then I realise, my father isn't there.

Nearing the edge of the forest Devil stopped as she heard a quiet click of a gun being reloaded. Hesitantly in her mind Devil places where everything she knew was just Incase she had to run, or fight.
