I walk into the cave and sit down. I look down sadly, remembering my father.

Ray sat by the edge of the forest with Amos, Devil, and Deme. The three watched Marik until they couldn’t see -or hear- him anymore.

I lay down on the cave floor. Toran enters the cave, wanting to start a conversation. "Alpha" he said bowing. I roll my eyes "Go away." "But you have so much to do. Because you have no offspring, you have to choose a beta, you need an Alpha female, you-" "I said, go away" I say, slightly annoyed. "I'll leave you for know but you can't escape these decisions" he says before bowing and leaving the cave.

“I feel like Marik shouldn’t be alone. He could pass out or or bleed out without anyone knowing” Deme started saying concerned that Marik would die alone or soemthing ridiculous like that. With a sigh Devil stood up “me and Amos will go check on him worry Willy” Devil trotted of with the tiny Amos trailing after her.

I sense someone approach but don't do anything. I just stay down and rest my head on my front paws sadly.

Sitting by the edge of the cave Devil says “Hey, you okay?” While Amos practically hide underneath Devil.

"Just... so much responsibility comes with being an Alpha. Its overwhelming" I say sighing.

“We could play a game? If that helps?” Amos said shyly and inched our from behind Devil. (Amos is a male fawn FYI)

(I figured)

"Sorry, not in the mood" I say, still exhausted.

“Oh ok I wasn’t in the mood either” Amos said laughing slightly. “Need someone to talk to?” Devil asked Marik her head tilted slightly. “I’m gonna go back to Ray now” Amos said quickly and bounced back to Ray.

"May be best, sitting in silence isn't gonna help me" I mutter.

Devil walked in and sat next to him. “So... that was ... scary” Devil admitted with a sigh “especially with your shoulder and all” she added giving him a sideways glance.

"Yeah..." I mutter. "And having no experience being Alpha, the future is gonna be hard."

“Well.... I’ll be there for you no matter what don’t you worry”Devil said smiling.

"So you do like me then?" I smirk at her.

“Maybe... maybe not. But I do know Deme likes Monica” Devil said giggling.

"Heh, well Monica plays hard to get so he'd better be committed" I joke. "Seeing as I have no offspring, I have to choose a beta and I honestly don't know who to pick. Any ideas?" I joke. "To be honest it may have to be Roan but I'm not 100 percent sure"

“I don’t think Roans a good choice” Devil responded jokingly “and I don’t know anyone else besides Deme and Monica so ya” she added laughing.

"And then I need to chose an Alpha female but I guess I'm waiting for someone to win me over" I say smirking.

“Who someone has a crush!! Who who who???? Tell me!!” Devil suddenly cried excitedly clearly not knowing who.

(Wait no seriously who?)
