Hi,

Just wondering, any of you guys work out? Know about creatine and other products to product muscle? Brands? Advices?

Here, let us know!:)
I suppose I do work out, although not the gym-kind. I do Aerial Hoop, which is a sport closely related to Aerial Silk and Aerial Swing. We do a lot of exercises for both muscles and flexibility, but we pretty much all look like "normal" people. Except for the lady teaching the class, who has a sixpack...
Then I also do Oriental Dance, which I suppose is basically bellydance, where we dabble in lots of different styles - everything from folklore to modern pop! I was recently bumped to a more advanced class, which is super challenging.

I don't, however, take anything to supplement my diet. I try to eat just a little healthy, mainly just because I don't want to get fat...

Well, because of disease I have a hard hard time to get back to physical activity.
I' got an appointement (2 appointements) with my doctor in 3 days, and I'll would like to ask him about those products.

I'm weak, and I got hard time to get back in shape...
I'm currently h24 7/7 undet vitamins and supplements and still be for another 4 months...

You get the point.
