Hey guys....
Do to severals deficience of my immune system, I've been reacting to sun badly, and began to develop a sun-allergic reaction (sun disease), pharmacist and the like told me to not stay in sun more than 15 mn per day at most, but I'm very depressed, and the lack of sun does not help.
I've been buying into classical sunscreen ( 50+) dans just wear clothes around, but I look for anything that is said to help build sun tolerance. I've been taking pills (omega3, etc, etc) that are known or said to help skin tan and skin health, and looking forward to eat more vegetables (I can't really digest correctly anything atm and going under vitamins etc.)
Do someone know anything else about carrots-like foods, pills that work, etc etc, to just push up the limit of my sun exposition?
