Hey guys, just any of you to share tips for sleepind sound and good even with bad life or problems?
I tried melatonine not much effective just a bit.
Burning encens.. Music still only stuff that do.
Any kind of special food or I don't know?
Running out of tricks.
I'll start to look into doing a lot of sport but still.. Not sure it will do.

Well, if we're in the same place not sure we can help each others xD
I won't even had the luxury to talk it out with a friend or a therapist. Neither of the two accessible a.t.m.
Seriously, it sucks.
Except listen to some music to get to sleep I did not came across anything that do relieve the problem. What are yours?

*Waves the chronic insomniac flag* Good sleep, what is that? There is no good sleep in Katia land, heck I wouldn't know what good sleep was even if it smacked me upside the head with a pillow.
Ha. I'm so sorry for you too.
I was just kind of groggy this morning but I did sleep, tired every kind of day or moments because I can't rest too...
Hell is a sleepless, energyless land. xD Gosh.

If you haven't tried it yet, I suggest valerian root capsules, that way you won't taste the nasty and it helps. You could even drink some skullcap tea if you like tea. Be warned though, it steeps quite quickly, but it's lovely for the nerves.
I'm supposed to be sleeping but I'm on the computer feeling idle and frustrated instead.
I think my thyroid medication was over-prescribed. I've been very callous lately and have been an insomniac on and off for the last fifteen days-- which is something that might happen with hyperthyroidism. Wondering if I should go to the doc tomorrow, or see if I can get a chat with her on the phone about whether it is the medication or not.
Trying to think of something to write.

Thank you.^^ I do too!
Let me know how it works out. If it does, doesn't or your body gets used to it and needs stronger tonics nad whatnot, feel free to send me a message. ^^
This is a bit of an unusual one, but legitimately it's helped me -- try sleeping with one earplug in. It may or may not help you fall asleep, but it might help you stay asleep if part if your problem is that you're a light sleeper. It's also pretty low-risk... either it'll work or it won't and there's basically no downside!

Problem is my conscience won't let me rest. I'm guilty, and it comes to haunt me at night. It's psychological and physical reasons combined that prevents me to sleep x') :'(.
Where are my insomniacs are? :l. Sure there is people around here that do to.
