Sair pushed her away, but there was no strength behind it. "No hospitals. Hate 'em." He tried to stand up, because maybe if he got up then he could get away. He didn't want some girl -- "Waitasecond..." His eyes narrowed on her, staring until he realized why she looked so familiar. "You're the chick that called the cops!" There was no way he was getting help from HER, she'd just call the cops on him again once she had him thinking he was safe!
Ariadne, looked at him with panic, as he tried to get up. "Stop, your going to make yourself bleed out! You need help." It was her turn to grab his wrist. She didn't really care if he was displeased to see her, she wasn't exactly happy either, but he didn't look so good, and it was her job to help those who were injured, surely she couldn't just let him walk away.

Sair's eyes locked on her quickly. "No, you're wrong! I don't need help! I don't need help from you, or anyone else!" However, his struggles to stand stopped. Instead, he leaned back and laid down on the ground. This was much better than sitting or standing. It hurt a lot less. He sighed, debating his dilemma in his head. She was going to help him, right? She wanted to fix him up. Maybe he could use this to his advantage, and let her help him so he could get some free medical care. Couldn't hurt, right? Take advantage of the poor kind soul to get whatever he could out of it!

"...fine. But no hospitals."
Ariadne was relieved when he finally decided to sit down, and let her help him, but his qualification of no hospitals, made things somewhat more difficult. His wounds needed to be sutured. it left only one option for her, and that was to bring him back to her apartment, where she had the things she needed. She needed to get him stable enough to walk the block and half there though, no way she could carry him.

She lifted his shirt, and grimaced at the wounds. Someone had really done a number on him. She began to search through her purse for a first aid kit, that she knew she had. Hopefully a tight bandage would deter bleeding long enough for them to make it back to her place, without him keeling over dead.

Sair would normally make a few crude or rude comments, but at the moment he was feeling a little too light-headed to be so jovial. He just sat there, brooding in silence. Why did it have to be her? Why couldn't it be anyone else that wanted to help? He wasn't sure if it was better that he got to take advantage of the kindness of the girl who called the cops on him, or if it was worse because she might be playing him, instead of the other way around.
Ariadne finally found what she was looking for, buried at the bottom of her bag. She pulled out the fist aid kit and went to work on the trouble making man, bandaging the wound as tightly as she could for temporary use.

"Alright, soon as I'm done here, we're going to have to walk down the block to my home. At least one of these knife wounds needs stitching, and I can't do it here."

Sair considered the words she spoke to him. Maybe he could bum some food off her while he was there. Maybe this would work out to his advantage after all. He winced from the pain as she bandaged him, but didn't give any objections. "Fine."
Ariadne finished what she was doing relatively quickly and shoved the things back into her shoulder bag. She then got to her feet, and offered her hand, to help the man up off the concrete. She wondered now, if it was wise to bring this man back to her house. He'd proved to be somewhat unhinged the last time she'd met him, and she didn't expect that had changed. Still, she didn't really see as how she had a choice. As a good person, she couldn't just leave him there to die.

Sair glared at the hand as it was offered to him, and he forced himself to his feet on his own, clutching his chest in pain. Still, that didn't make him take her hand. "Lead." he commanded with a grumble. His breathing was a bit labored, but he would follow along at whatever pace she chose. He was going to prove he wasn't weak. He was just..injured.
Ariadne rolled her eyes. Men. She lead the way to her apartment, going slowly though, so as to not aggravate his injuries anymore then they already had been.

They got to her door quickly enough, thankfully she was located on the main floor of her apartment complex, so there were no stairs for him to try and climb up on his own. She fumbled for her keys, and then unlocked her door.

Her home was small, but nice enough. The door opened into a decently sized kitchen. Through the kitchen was a tiny living room, filled with overstuffed furniture, and shelves filled with odds and ends. To the left was a tiny bedroom, and to the right was a bathroom. She pointed him in the direction of the bedroom, and then went about gathering the things she would need.

Needle, surgical thread, bandages. She had no anesthetic to offer him, so she also grabbed a bottle of whiskey from the top shelf in her kitchen.

Sair walked over to the bedroom, sitting down at the edge of the bed and letting out a breath. He wasn't quite sure how much longer he could stay conscious. However, he didn't want her to know this. So when she came in, he'd give a smirk. "Whiskey in bed, and I don't even know your name. Damn, even when I'm beat up I can score."

Needle, thread, bandages. Nothing looked appealing to him except for the whiskey, which he reached for. Whiskey was good. He liked whiskey. And right now, he felt like he needed a lot of it.
Ariadne handed the whiskey to him happily. "Drink as much as you can, you're going to need it in a moment. This...this is going to hurt."

She went to go wash her hands, and grab a clean sheet to put over her bedspread, so as to not ruin it with blood and the like.

Sair downed half of the bottle by the time she'd finished getting ready. He held onto the bottle but took a pause from drinking to get his breath. "You think it hasn't hurt already?" he asked sarcastically, lifting a brow. It couldn't hurt worse patching up than it did getting the wound in the first place.
Ariadne came back to the bed and sat next to him. Let him think what he wanted, her poking around in the wounds, and suturing them up, without the added benefit of drugs, was going to be very painful.

She began to rip off the current bandages, so she could clean and suture the wound. She noticed he looked a little pale, his eyes a little glazed. She wondered if he was going to pass out.

"You might want to lie down, if you pass out, and fall on the floor, I'm not going to be able to lift you back onto the bed."

Sair barely heard her words, but hear them he did. He narrowed his eyes and glared at her, but knew she had a point. Reluctantly, he laid on his back and just closed his eyes. But after a little while of her poking around, he finished the other half of the whiskey bottle. He did end up passing out, completely unconscious by the time she finished taking care of him.
Ariadne finished up, and redressed his wounds, as tightly as she could. She threw the garbage into the trash, and then went to her bathroom, to shower off the blood.

When she got out, she dressed, and made her way over to one of the overstuffed armchairs. She was tired, and maybe a little tipsy still. It wouldn't take her long to pass out as well.

Sair woke up after a while, groaning. His body ached badly. He sat up, putting a hand to his chest and finding it...bandaged. And not bleeding everywhere. He got up, looking around the room. Then he went out into the livingroom. Ariadne was asleep. He quietly made his way over to the fridge. Maybe he could steal some food while she was sleeping. A sandwich, some meat, soda, beer, anything.

He reached for an apple in the fridge, then paused. She had helped him, and he was about to take her food when he was perfectly capable of getting food on his own. He frowned, taking the apple and shutting the fridge door. He took a big, deliberate bite out of the apple. It was her own fault for bringing him into her home. He was obviously not a good guy.
Ariadne slept on, blissfully unaware of Sair eating her food. She likely wouldn't have minded if he'd asked. But would have been displeased to find he'd taken without asking (though not at all surprised)had she been awake to see it.

Sair finished the apple, then tossed the core in the trash. He would look at Ariadne for a moment, then just shake his head and walk out the door, closing it quietly behind him. He made a note in the back of his mind where she lived, then went back to his own home. He needed a change of clothes. Something that wasn't bloody or ripped.
When Ariadne awoke, she found him gone. She let out a long sigh. Probably the idiot had torn his stitches moving around so soon after they'd been put in. Well, let some one else deal with him. She'd done what she could.

Going into her kitchen, she was not at all surprised to find the apple core in her garbage. Well, at least he hadn't taken anything else, she hoped.
