Ariande looked up at him in surprise. First he'd apologized, and now he was saying thank you? If she didn't know better, she might have thought him a doppelganger of some sort. Wasn't likely however, she could imagine there were many people like Sair around. Certainly, she'd never met any one like him.
"....your welcome."
"....your welcome."
Sair was now officially at a loss of what to say or do, so after a moment of awkward silence, he got to his feet. "Well, I better go get everything ready, then. See you later, Ariadne." He gave a slight wave, then headed for the door.
Ariadne Waved back as he left, wondering what exactly she was getting herself in to. After a long moment of consideration, she chose to simply stop thinking about it, and continue putting her house back together. Not before she went to have another shot though.
It wasn't until the next day that Ariadne would find him knocking at her door. "So, everything's all taken care of." he said. He had a backpack and a suitcase. "The rest of my stuff is still at their house for now." He shrugged and stepped into the room. "Did you have any luck cleaning up more?"
Ariadne let him in, without looking. She didn't have to, it wasn't as if she got visitors very often, she knew who it was.
The house was in a much better state, though thins were not perfect, a lot had been destroyed by the dumb thugs that had thrashed the place, and she'd been unable to clean all of the spray paint off of the walls and furniture.

Sair looked over the room carefully, then nodded. "Not too bad. Getting better. I'll see what I can do while you're out working and whatever, too." He shrugged and put his things aside. "When are you going to do that stuff, anyways?"
She looked at the clock. "I have three hours before I got to work, and then it's straight to the kitchen afterwards. I won't be back home until around 9pm." She answered after a moment, mapping out her day as she spoke.
Sair nodded a bit. "Yeah, okay. Don't worry, I'll work on cleaning things up some more while you're gone." He just sat down for now though, relaxing. "So what do you do until work?"
Ariadne shrugged, and gave him a half joking sort of look. "Something boring no doubt.... I was going to play a video game. You in?"
Sair laughed a bit. "Videogames aren't so bad." He smiled and nodded, reaching for a controller. "Totally in!" He wouldn't mind beating her butt!
Of course, this time, they weren't playing his games, they were playing hers. She had home turf advantage, still, it would be a fairly even sided game.
Sair played hard, but she had definitely been able to play the game more than him. So, naturally, she would win a few rounds! But Sair wasn't a sore loser, he just smiled and kept playing.
Funny, because she'd sort of expected him to be a sore loser, but she wasn't complaining. Game play was sort of relaxing. She'd almost made herself late for work, in fact. And would have to change into the uniform, and make a mad dash for the door when it came time to leave.
" See ya later."
" See ya later."
Sair just kept playing the game on solo mode when she had to go. He lifted a hand as she went for the door. "See ya." He'd play the game for a while more, but then start to pick up around the place and start cleaning.
Ariadne came crawling back in around Ten Thirty, looking totally worn out, from a long day of work, followed by a shift at the kitchen. She went straight for her chair, and flopped herself unceremoniously into it. She did not notice the change in the house just yet, but she would after a few moments.
Sair had been relaxing on the couch, and when she came in, he smiled slightly. "Hey. You work really late." he chuckled and would get up, heading to the kitchen to make something for her to eat. She did look tired, and he wasn't surprised about that at all.
She watched him with something akin to wonder as he got up to find her something to eat. He'd cleaned her house, and now, he was making her food. Apparently Sair was the best room mate ever, who'd have thought? What the heck were his parents complaining about?
Despite being a bum, he wasn't a leech of a bum. Especially since Ariadne didn't HAVE to take him in, he kind of wanted to help out around the place since she did. And, well, he was bored. He didn't like sitting around doing nothing, or just one thing, all day. Hence the cleaning, and now foodmaking! Once he was done, he brought a plate over to her.
She took the plate gratefully. "Thanks Sair. You'd better not do this too often, I could get used to it." She said with a laugh, as she dug in. She was tired yes, but hungry too. " Er.. thanks for cleaning my house too."
Sair laughed a bit. "You're welcome. And I'll try not to." He sat down and lounged in the chair, shrugging as she mentioned the house. "I was bored. Nothing else to do, so I decided to clean. You still had a lot to do, and this was kinda my fault anyways, soooo..." He shrugged again.
