Anyone welcome to join, any OC is fine. The setting is the Wreck it Ralph arcade. Seriously, just bullshit a reason for your OC to be there, that's what the rest of us did. The setting makes an interesting conversation piece.
Expect the RP to be a little bit messy. Think of it as a place to meet other players in a low-pressure, spontaneous and non-committal environment.
