Yet another rpg refugee here. I would've posted sooner, but things distracted me which may or may not have included watching someone meet the silver knight archers in dark souls 1 among other things.

I've explored a bit and I understand some stuff getting used to a few things after reading things in the help tab.

I'm enjoying myself so far. I'm just looking at my list of characters and trying to figure out who'd fit and how I could set some of them up due to their set up. Some of which are kinda I think best described like doduo and dugtrio. By best described I mean the only ones who come to mind to be honest...

I have a character who has been getting into Magitech and might mingle alright with Anka.

I have and read it when I first went to the site the other day, but forgot to actually register. My transition has been essentially seamless so far to be honest.

Anka is mean, but not as mean as a character who I put on the shelf for the time being, but unlike Anka who is mean due to it being tied to her race, that character is mean as more of a defensive mechanism. I've been thinking of making a mock list of things she may have worked on to give an idea of what she has worked on, but it's magitech, there are too many possibilities as wards are also labelled under things Gremlins have worked on.

Welcome to RPR. I'm Asroc. I RP many and mostly Canons, but I am friendly to OC RPers and will RP with them. I do mainly AU RPs as them. Enjoy your time here.

I play canons, ocs, and fan characters(characters I have made for specific universes i.e: tokyo ghoul), but largely ocs and fan characters myself.

I typically use the canonical version of my ocs save for a couple due to them being "op" though they don't really fight or anything, one of which just likes to instigate by purposefully insulting herself while in disguise at religious gatherings.

I like you already.

Normally I come across allot of snobs who tend to shun Canon rpers, even if they are literate.

RPR is pretty friendly and people accept you and never judge. I am not good at rping or making ocs due to a experience.

I usually run into those who are snobbish towards fan characters/ocs regardless of their story or how well they're constructed and in the case of fan characters it is the same, but also how they fit within that universe nor how plausible they are as well as their actual following the universe rules. The last part I somewhat understand being apprehensive towards fan characters because I have run into a lot of people who actively ignore the rules of that specific universe which the character was created for and actually not jokingly state "it's their character so they don't have to", which I thought they were actually joking when saying that when I first ran into one of those people.

I don't mind fan characters or ocs as long they are fleshed out and well thought.

If they are something like an unstoppable force that can not be hit or that the mun is a sore loser, becsuse they don't want their creation to loose, I avoid.

I tend to do a bit of research for the universe to at least know the basics if I've never seen anything involving them beforehand. I have a couple characters who are kinda like that, but they're more like... the one character I brought up earlier who is a god, but doesn't really do anything godlike when interacting with the mortals because by that character's logic "it'd be too boring to do that and kill any entertainment that could be had".

Hey Fantasy and Hibari. Nice to meet you too Hibari. I got distracted by starwars battlefront 2 and a character. It's actually entertaining, but good god the head hitboxes suck.... it's like not worth it to be a sniper. If I shoot at the center of a head and I hit it, i'd like for it to count as a headshot... not a body shot. The chin counts as a headshot though. Though... Darth maul just wrecks right now when in close quarters. The one I had to deal with just annihilated like 20 people before he was killed by a rocket trooper's rpg. Oh, he is guaranteed getting nerfed when the game comes out.
