Ok...so how to start this? Well i guess with Hi! obviously xD and well a little about myself:
I been a roleplayer....ehm my whole life i guess? i mean who hasnt as a kid imagined bein something amazing? such as a famous character, a fairytale role like a princess or fairy, or even a mythogical beast like a dragon or unicorn? I know i did it allooot and as often as i could, i was even called "the day dreamer" in my class and well i was proud of that really. I mean what would the world be like if it didnt have day dreamers? pretty boring and empty i believe since we all know thoese are the people who end up makeing and/or accomplishing incredable things. Though yes due to my day dreaming i didnt do too well in school....well except from in art class, i got highest grades in that everytime^^ but anyway, i guess thats why im not so very clever and can perform a little sloopy sometime when it comes to roleplaying and other things. But i do learn pretty quick and i am eager too as well now so hopefully i will appael to some people here and if not then maybe i will in the near future?
So in a way i been roleplaying my whole life but "officaly" i only roleplayed for....hmm what could it be? a year or maybe 2 at most now? yea that sounds about right. I did "rp" a little in games and such before that as well but i only recently joined a site where roleplay is the main or only focus. And that first website....was RPG. I will never forget that place and how it opened my eyes and most of all mind to this new and amazing world of "real" roleplay. And with "real" i mean to actully play with someone else, a real person instead of myself all the time. I am forever greatful to that site and it will forever have a special place in my heart that i will cherish for as long as i can remember. But *sighs* sadly its gone and it may never come back either......*sniffle* so while i hate endings and saying goodbye to things i love, i need to....and move on so that my adventures of the mind can continue and live on. Atleast i know thats what the owner of RPG wanted us all to do. So well...i guess in honor of that i moved here, so that i may continue my journey of imagination, and im excited to see where it takes me.
Sorry for this overly long and most likely overly emotional text of me but....*takes a deep breath* i guess i needed to get that of my chest. And believe me i wasnt planning to go in this direction at first. Anyway thanks for bein so welcome and helpful already, it makes all the diffrence for me personally and due to that i am already getting fond of this place^^ Anyway sooo, thats it for me...if you got any other questions then feel free to ask^^ i love makeing new friends!

Dear FantasyDreamer, I wish to thank and congratulate you on stumbling upon this amazing place. I, too, have just discovered this a few months ago and I can tell you it is an amazing place for writing Roleplayers such as you. I've been to other RP forums and sites before, but this is where I finally dropped my anchor and loving every minute of it.
It might not have much of the fancy games, activities, and other extracurricular stuff some bit website might have. But this place has a core of amazing people that are very much blazing bright.
I really hope you enjoy your stay here and maybe we could even find ourselves in an RP of our own together someday!

Thank me? o.o...slighty confused by that but anyway thank you and im glad to hear that! I too have...well atleast pretty much set my anchor here since it just seams so very promiseing and frankily....im tired and frustraded of looking for better since i wanna return to roleplaying agian.
And well RPG had pretty much none of that...as far as i knew so hearing about Epic week and all the things you do togheter during it is shocking to me O.O I mean WOW, i really cant wait until next Epic week comes or well any other event. I assume you do halloween events as well then right?

Thank you Kim^^ and yea it isnt very easy since i was so fond of it. And yes i already seen it and i thought that was the sweetest thing ever. Hey FD, belated welcome to the site! You're such a cutie--I remember being that stoked about discovering RP. It's a trip! You learn a lot not just about how to write, how to develop strong characters, how to create and maintain strong ties with others across the internet, but also a lot about yourself and your creative process.
I hope you've found a thread or two to get your toes dipped into RP over here, as there are a lot of lovely people just hanging around the forum. If not, I've found that you can search for particular character themes by looking in 'Community > Browse Characters' -- or if you're bored and just want to see what other people have created, you can now choose 'Community' and scroll down to see six random characters. It's awesome, people here are only as varied as they are talented.
I've heard of a couple of Halloween based things going on: If you go to Community > News you'll see the most recent Friday Prompt, which is Halloween-themed and will be all month (and I think there may be double the prompts all month too?) You could put up an RP ad with an idea based around the prompt, or start something directly in the RP forum. Since you're a very creative type, you could also check out The Template Jam's Halloween Template Contest in the Art & Creativity forum--coding is a different kind of creativity, but it's so, so good to learn how to manipulate CSS. You become a lot more in control of the look you want the moment you crack that code, and RP is a fantastic place to hone your skills.

Thank you and yea i fully agree^^ i gotten so much better at writeing and comeing up with stories and such ever since i started rping for real. And i made so many friends too^^ its awesome really! i dont think i'll ever get tired of the rp world if im gonna be honest x3 i just love everything about it sooo much!^^ And hehe yea i have dont worry. I gotten quite familar with the site already and i think thats really nice cause if it would take me weeks to merely understand or navigate here then well....it wouldnt be a very good site, right? And yea i am soo excited over all the events you got here^^ RPG had bascailly none of that. Only some contest of writing stories after a few or set of rules....i mean thats fun yes but well that was about it for events. And here you have litterly games and such! I mean my jaw dropped when i saw that xD no kidding! so i am super hyped over that. I cant wait until next Epic week^^
