I don't have a credit card/PayPal/etc. And I need to find a way to accept money for commissions. So what would be the next best option?
If you're under 18, ask a parent about setting up a paypal account for you. You can make an account that isn't official or registered; I think it just means that your purchases will be limited to whatever is in your account.
If you're over 18, you could look for a student's first credit card to link to a paypal account. Ensure that it has a very low credit limit: $1000 or less (even better, $500 or less) and do everything you need to be able to pay it off each month completely. This will help you to build a good credit score that may help you later in life. So long as you only ever use it within your means, you'll be okay.
Other sources could be Patreon or GoFundMe, but those have their own cultures. Do some research to see what works best for you.
