The only reason to move here, is because of what happened in the Summer of 2005. A teenage boy walks into the street, and is about to get hit by a car, looks at it, and makes it fly into the air, flipping over him.
You know the government tried covered it up, but it was just too big. Turns out, there are more people like him, living in a secret society, right under our noses. Though, it's only a rumor, and a pretty far fetched and insane one at that.
But enough about that, you need a drink. So you scout out the most popular bar in the city, a place called Benephisto. There, you meet a charming bartender with a real ear for stories of elsewhere.

Some magic. Few can use it, but most of the players probably won't have it. Magical characters will likely believe that they are all alone.
