I 'defeat' the unwanted. I care for the forgotten. I am only armed with a few tools. Yet no one can even get within five feet of me. They call me evil,dark,and mysterious. They are only half right. The truth is I am The Dark Archer. I am justice. I am here.

The night was grim and cold. The once grassy lands were barren and useless. The tattered clothes lay upon the bones of the ones who did not live through the days of complete famish. Hardly anyone could live in the kingdom named Bradath. Hardly anyone could merely push through hard work and no pay. A male could only watch as they slaved for a fat,wealthy king while they were only fed scraps like a dog. A male watched with his golden eyes gleaming in the night. He watched like a panther watching its prey.

He hardly ever touched the ground,because he was always in the trees. The cool breeze slightly blew his white hair. His bow and arrow rattled a little but hardly made a sound.

He looked at everyone but saw no one who was healthy. He was poor too but he was well built and strong. He watched a little boy caugh from an illness but was not wealthy enough to buy medicine.

What could I do...?

in a tree not that far from the archer sat cheshire , she stared down at what was happening belowb , she then moved her gaze to the castle where the king stayed eating like the king he is , and happy creepy smile came across cheshire face and she dissapeared , not much time passed and cheshire reapeared in the middle of the people , she was carrying a large sack that she quickly opened and began to hand out mountains of food to the villagers with a not as creppy smile on her face

Archer watched with a small smile at her actions. He took an arrow with a string attached and shot a peice of bread then yanked it up. Only a small dash of his green and gold hood could be seen but it was mostly his golden eyes that could be seen at night. He took a small bite and put his bow around his body,making sure his white hair didn't get caught.

cheshires eyes quickly followed the bread all the way up to the being in the tree , she didnt sense any bad intentions so with a smile she waved her hand for the man to come down , then she pulled the backpack she had on her back off and pulled out several needles with various liquids in them she sorted through them and one after another gave all the people who where sick a shot and almost instantaneously they wher healthy

Archer didn't really like being on the ground but he did it anyway. Archer was almost like a legend,and no one knew how he really looked. He jumped down and his hood shadowed his face so he wasn't seen. He took another bite of the bread and his golden eyes were still seen. "You're kind enough to give these poor people food. Something that is a real risk." He took another bite and sighed. "I could only hunt and make sure these people stay safe. I rather not go near that castle."

cheshire chuckled as she finnished fiving the last person a shot " well , its not a risk if they cant see you" she stood up and faced the hooded man , she held out her hand " my name is kayla stark but you can call me cheshire"

"The name's Archer." He shook her hand,his brown gloves over his hands with bandages coming up from it. He soon heard the sound of about fourteen white horses and the sound of clanking metal. He knew the villagers would be beaten if any healthy indications were really found within the ones who were really sick. They would think they stole medicines. "Chesire,was it? It's time to show what you are worth." He jumped into a tree and moved quickly to the enterence of the village. He pulled an arrow back and it slightly would glow as he counted down the seconds of the arrow in his head. If anything enterfeared at that moment,they would just have to die. He was gonna take out half of them at the gate.

c cheshire nodded and dissapeared , she reapeared in the tree right next to the man " let me show you something" she jumped down and stood infront of the crowd of scared villagers with a wide creepy smile on her face , she stood and waited for the carrage to make its way to her

One arrow could take out ten of the men so he would let her take the rest afterwards. He shot the arrow as it exploded and several glass like shards shot into the heads of riders and horses. Exactly ten were hit as he let her handle the rest. His technology was a little after their time and he was more clever then most people.

cheshire stood there as the carage stopped and the king stepped out , he walked up to her furiously and said " what is the meaning of this , who are you and what have you done to my men"

cheshire had to bend down to be face to face with the short king " I did nothing to your men , but i will do something to you if you do not leave these villagers alone"

the king chuckled " you what can you do your ,what? 12 "

cheshires smile widened " actually im 15 and trust me if you dont leave these people alone you will answer to ..." cheshire paused and her face changed to that of a horrific monster and her voice was now deepe and had a growl to it " ME!" she said and her face returned to normal " now what are you going to do , mr.king

the king stood there horrified he couldnt speak he was so scared the only thing that made him snap out of his shock was the sound of cheshires voice and then the sudden feeling of something dripping down his face

cheshire smiled evily even as she sighed " i guess i have no choice" she said with a sigh ash her hand moved faster then the wind and she pierced a needle right through the kings head amd drew it back out letting the blood trickle down his face as he slowly fell to the ground " NOW!" cheshire said as she straightened her back and looked at the remaining men " whos next"

Aueras heard confusion on the outside and heard hardly anything inside the iron cage. She was being toted.to the king of some strange new land. Her eyes rung hearing men shriek in terror. Another yelled for them to keep calm and have the package.delivered safely. She hissed inside the steal cage, the shackles on her wrists and ankles were bound sith silver chain hinged to the wall. Locked up and only accesible with a key. She sighed as another chain was around her collar, her body grew sore from sitting in the cage, and her mind lost as aell, for days on end she had little food. And little contact now the most human interaction she got was from a man flipping open a vieiwing.hatch.
"hey dragon, keep yourself in check. Were going to let you out to kill. As payement ill give you a nice juicy steak." He jeered and slammed the hatch shut. She heard screams yelling some 12 year old girl killed the king, another said let that dammned animal out and make it kill her.

She had little time to react as the main door fell open to armored men. She wincend at the bright light and her her chaines behing un hinhed, she was being held by at least six men, she looked around with her helmet on. She felt a seering pain in her side as she let out a cry of pain, another sting, zhe looked back to find a man beating her with a timber ablaze. She hisses and let out a roar as she dropped to the ground and began to shift into a dragon. She let out a human cry of pain and it developed into a reptilian roar, she loomed at the girl and to the men. She growlded ready to attack until one brought out a rare hunk of meat. Aueras' mouth wattered at the site of it and yipped anxipus. She heard the men say kill the girl and you get it. She looked at the meat and immediatly rushed to the girl snarling and ripping through numerous crates and wagons trying to get at the girl. She had been trianed as a pet, and as a.weapon, bought when the owner got tired of feeding her and getting scatched and bitten. She looked at the young girl unfortunatly obeying the soilderz command.

Archer watched with a smirk as he pulled back his arrow on his bow. The arrow head was dripping in some type of liquid. It was a large amount of neurotoxin to be exact. It works quickly and effects the nervous system and could paralyze a large portion of the body until useless to even try to move. He shot the arrow at her side around the hip area as he jumped down near it with
his hood on. Neurotoxins work mighty fast while he laid a hand on the troubled beast and sighed.

Another slave. Another one like us. She could be of use...if she isn't trying to kill people though.
Dark Archer took three arrows and smiled he shot them long distance,abling him to kill the people who let her out.

cheshire walked up to the paralyzed dragon and put her hand on its head " you know , oyu dont have to do this" she began to slightly run the scales on the dragon " if you come with us i can garantee you'll get much more food , then these people ever gave you" cheshire gave a wide smile " and its not like you would stand out, im not exactly normal either"

Aueras let out a roar aa she felt the arrow dig into her hip. It managed to fund a way to get inbeneath her scalea and embed itself in her tender flesh. She let out a hiss and whine as her body fell to the ground; she fell almost as if she tripped on the ground, she skidded across the loose dirt and came to a stop. She let out distressed groans as she found herself unable to move; she uttered out several hiss and glrowls as she felt the girl rubbing her sclaes along with the hooded mans hand on her. She hissed and looked at them with her fire red eyes, she blinked several times as she heard the girl say there was more food if she came with them. She uttered out a whimper as she thought the men were coming for her, she relaxed as she heard the bow string of an arrow draw, soon after she heard metal crash to the ground. She looked at the girl and then to the hooded man. Her collar still had the long chain from it, a cruel sick joke, whenever she killled and did as they comkanded they would yank her back weak inrto the holding cell. She blinked at hissed and her eyes narrowed and she began to speak." You have.food ? Oh hardly....if you are different then I, then can you change into a large black scaled dragon? Can you breath black fire? And besides how do I know if you wont do the same? After all you are human enough looking. Same for you green hood." She snapped speaking in a womans oice followed by the ruming and hissing of a dragon.

cheshire chuckled " i was indeed humna , but that changed wheni became my dads science experiment ,and now im am the true cheshire cat , she watch" cheshire backed away and put both hands on either side of her head and just like it was nothing pulled it off her soulders , sdhe then laid it on the ground and stood on it " can you stand on your head i can" she then jumped and flip landing on her head , she then began to stand up her head back on her shoulders " i can also dissapear and reapear any where i want" cheshire smile widened as she dissapeared and reapeared next to the dragon " so no im not like you , but as you can see , im not normal ... now lets get this thing off you shall we " cheshire pulled out something from her pocket and stuck it into the lock for the collar , she began to gigle it around a bit and finnaly the collar came off

Archer broke her chains and smiled. "This isn't how anyone should be treated. This is a place where everyone is equal. No matter demon,or dragon." He took his arrow out of her side and injected something else so she could regain the ability to move again. "Besides,I think the children would love for you to stay." He pointed back at a couple of excited looking children who were happy to see a dragon. "We will feed you good here." He sighed. "We all aren't normal."

Aueras eyes went wide as the girl took off her head and then stood on it. She blinked several times as the girl undid the lock on hef r collar, the next thing she listened to what both of them said as he removed the chain around her. Once she was able to moce she wuickly snapped the fallen collar on the ground and looked to the girl." Please put this back one. It was the only gift and the only thing I had from my kind benefactor of a teacher."she said as she held it in her jaws, as soon as she talked a red heart charm dangled from it. The collar expansded and contracted to accomodate the increasse of size when she changed. She let out a rumble as she saw childdren she let out a puff of smoke from her nostril and looked at the two of them. She hissed uncertain. "you will feed me well here? And I suppose I will fit in..however, im not so sure. Why are all of you here? What is this place? And who are you?" She said her throat rumbling, she could change at the moment back into her humanoid form. Though very uncertain however, she did not know there intentions let alone the mysterious green hooded man. Before she revealed anything of herself she wanted answers. Her red eyes gleamed as more agitated puffs of smoke started to billow from her nostrils. In the sun her scales shinned, her black scales almost made her appear like a crystal in the light. She stayed on the ground and looked at her hip before she cranned her long neck back and licked her scales with her rough and barrbed tounge. She gently cleansed the area were the arrow used to be before she turned her attention back to the two.

cheshire took the collar and reattached it around the dragond neck " this is my home town ,the lab where i was created was made on the other side of the village , but alot has changed since i left " cheshire looked back at the dirty villagers and there old ragged houses " it used to be a wealthy village untill that king came into the picture"

"The king took everything,including the medicine and food. Mostly the food. Don't know if you noticed but he is very round." He chuckled a little and his golden eyes flickered. "This place use to be so fun...I miss the way this place use to be." He patted the dragon girl's head with his gloved hands. "We use to be high class at technology...but we were stripped of are usage of it...well some of us." He jumped into a tree,onto the gate ledge,and hopped to the kings dinner room. He pulled back and arrow and shot a large peice of meat and hopped down. He took a dagger and sliced it in half quickly while giving one to both girls. It looked well cooked,like how things use to be cooked.

Once the collar was safely around Aueras's neck she let out a sigh and shifted back into her humanoid pain letting out a grunt of pain. Everything disapated and reabsorbed themselves in her body, all were gone except for her tail, wings, horns and for the scales that linned her cheek bones. Once the Archer came back and handed them a large hunk of meat, her mouth watered as she quickly ate it starving and afrqid there would be none left if she saved it. Her mouth watered as she finished it, the savory flavors that flooded her tounge as rare luxury she rarly had. Plain meat, or eotten, stale bread and two week old water in a bowl. She looked at them as they both explained what happened to the village and the situation everyone was in. "it is a shame that this village had come to that. I know nothing of this gillage, nor do I even know were I came from. Let alone facility I was created at. All i know I was once human." She said as she looked at the two of them, having food in her stomach calmed her edgy nerves and she began to talk. "My name is Aueras Enomine....and ......well as I stated before it is shame. Things that men with power and money do." She said as she sat on the ground, strecthing her wings to their full length, they shook as sheoved them showing she rarely had the chance to stretch them.
