im new and i want to improve my roleplaying
Hi VL, I've gathered some links that might prove handy for you.
The biggest suggestion I can make is to stay cool when interacting OOCly, I think. Some people will love your play style, others will not 'click'. Practice and if you make a mistake, try to remember how things went wrong so you can improve for next time.

I got all excited when I saw this post, and then saw dray did a pretty excellent job leaving some great links for you.
Other than all of that, what in particular is it you're looking to improve? Are you having difficulty with characters or setting or just getting started? There's so many factors that go into each story that it'd be easier to help if we have an idea of where you'd like to target your focus.

just getting started and i need good character idea's
Do you enjoy reading a lot? Watching movies or television? I've found a lot of inspiration from all of those when it comes to characters and getting a basic plot going. Start really paying attention to the people around you when you're out of the house. Everyone reacts to things differently, talks differently, has various mannerisms... inspiration can be found all around!
Characters don't always need some massive backstory to be great to write with. Think of some basic idea and then take small steps from there. Think about their past or their childhood. Did they grow up with both parents? Were they adopted? Did some tragedy befall them or were they a prodigy? Putting small things together can really start to give you a bigger picture that'll make your characters feel more real.
