"We must address this elephant in the room gentlemen, the day is quickly approaching where the reincarnate will awaken." The councilmen spoke softly, adjusting his hood on his robe. Approximately 7 men sat in the throne room, all fashion with black and sliver robes. Sliver threads decorated the design on each one.
"If it shall awaken, what will we do with it? It will cause chaos among Xdius! we cannot allow this to happen." One of them shouted. "We need it's power, being that it is the reincarnate of Apheile, one of the best among the reapers, it's guaranteed to possess the same power...maybe even more." The men speak in murmurs among themselves.
"GENTLEMEN!" The 'headmaster' shouted. "This isn't the time to sulk into worries and concerns, we shall raise it, bend it to our will...make it do our biding"
The council agreed upon themselves, that was the right way to go. Time was running out and she would awaken soon, what would become of other realms if she were to overpower them? What planets would suffer the extensive damages that would be brought amongst them?

Magic is rare, but not unheard of. Mundane characters may or may not believe in it. Magical characters may form small and exclusive pockets for study, protection, etc.

To clarify, I’m trying to do an rp about my character Hazukashii, who is a reaper from The world of Xidius. Xidius is basically where like spooky creatures come from so like the skeletons and such.
It’s the year 643, Xidius is out of control there’s no kind of order to it, the elders who are basically the higher ups in Xidius are looking for Hazukashii who is around 16 at this point in time. I’m still developing details about Xidius but basically Hazu is a very important person in Xidius and she’s “run away”.
Basically the past of this character... if that makes sense,
