Abby took a few, silent, calming breaths as he pulled away. Trying to calm her body down so that she could watch the movie, so that the overwhelming heat that threatened to consume her would slowly die away. Looking at Roland and straightening herself up as he looked about ready to hop out of the car. Biting her lower lip, she was quiet as she looked away and up at the movie. Slumping in the car seat, her mind was elsewhere during the movie though she did glance up occasionally. She wasnt mad at him. In fact, quite the opposite. But she could tell he was mad at himself for doing something like that. Looking over at him halway through the movie, she sat up a bit and took his hand in hers. Placing a light kiss on the back of it. "Im not mad..i actually..liked it..." she admitted softly and a blush raged across her cheeks. "But.if..if we are ever going to have a wedding..i want to save it for the wedding night..so it will be very special..for you," she said softly and looked up at Roland. She wanted their wedding night to be special for Roland. She didnt care if it was special for herself. Just marrying him would be the greatest gift she could ever recieve.

Roland nearly pulled away when she touched his hand, but he managed to stop. He just looked at her while she spoke, but then quickly turned his head away. There was such an intense torment in his eyes from what she said. He did pull his hand away then, gesturing to the screen. "Movie's getting good." He had no idea what scene the movie was at. He just wanted to change the subject. To not talk about it.

Abby couldnt help but feel hurt when he pulled his hand away. Gesturing for the movie, she did the exact opposite and looked out her passenger window just looking out at all the other cars. Biting her lower lip, she suddenly got out of the car and shut the door softly once she was out. Rubbing her forehead, she sighed and leaned against the car. Then she opened the door and leaned back into the car, grabbing her shoes before shutting the door again. Putting on her shoes, she tied them up tight before walking away from the car and shoved her hands in her pockets.

Roland got out of the car when she did, and started after her as she started walking off with her shoes. "Abby, wait! Where are you going? It's dangerous out at night, and you shouldn't be walking much with your injury!" He followed after her, taking hold of her shirt by the sleeve, gently. "Where are you going? The movie is still playing."

Even now, though, he was battering himself up inside. So much for the 'perfect date' she'd gushed about earlier. And it was all his fault. The night was ruined. "..let's just go home."

Abby kept her head down as she continued to walk even after hearing Roland. Coming to a stop as he took ahold of her sleeve. She was quiet for a moment as she stood there, thinking of what she could possibly say to get him to enjoy the night. But she drew a blank. "Youre not enjoying the movie..because of the intimate few minutes we had..it was fine..i told you i didnt mind..i just wanted to help.." she said quietly and scuffed the tip of her shoe in the gravel.

Turning around, she stood on her tip toes and placed a gentle kiss on Roland's lips. Putting her hands on the back of his neck lightly. Before pulling away a little bit, she looked into his eyes and lightly ran her fingers through his hair covering the back of his neck. "I hate seeing you beat yourself up over something so..intimate.. something worth enjoying..and i did.." she said quietly.

Roland sighed softly, putting his arms around her. It almost physically hurt him to do so. "...I'm sorry, Abby. I have reasons for how I feel though. I...I don't want to talk about it right now." He sighed. "It's complicated. Let's just either watch the movie again, or go back home."

He shrugged a little bit. "Okay?" He really didn't want to talk about it.

Abby was quiet for a moment before pulling away from him. Brushing past him, she went back to the car and got into the passenger side. Silently sitting there as she turned her attention back to the screen. Not that she was actually watchig the movie but she wouldnt pressure him to talk about something he did want to. The rest of the movie was watched in silence. When it was over, she didnt say anything the whole ride back. She was even the first one out of the car when it came to a stop. Going inside the house, she went into the kitchen and grabbed a cookie that she had made that morning. Putting the edge in between her teeth before running upstairs, taking them two at a time despite the stitches, and into her room.

Roland just walked inside at his own pace, sighing as he watched her go upstairs. Maria came downstairs, looking surprised at them. "...what happened? Weren't you going to have such a great date?" He frowned. "No. I started making moves. And I got...lost. It started taking over." He ran his hand through his hair and started pacing. "Maria...I'm in a shitload of trouble. I went too far, and I wanted to go further. I can't believe...I lost control. What could have happened if we went all the way, Maria? I could've turned. I could've turned, I might've hurt her, and she's injured! She's injured, Maria." He shook his head.

"Well what are you going to do, Roland? You can't just stay away from it forever. If you two started getting a bit more interesting tonight, then it'll just get worse the longer you've been together." Maria sighed softly, watching him carefully. Roland was quiet, for a few long moments. "I've been...thinking. I've been thinking of..." He grimaced. "Getting a lover." Maria stepped over to him quickly. "Shhhh! Abby might hear." she whispered. "Now, what the hell are you talking about?" Roland sighed. "I won't have any other kind of relationship. Just whenever I started getting...well..'frustrated', I'll go have sex with someone from the pack. The same girl, she'll understand what's going on. But that way it doesn't matter if I change. It doesn't matter if I'm too harsh."
Maria sighed. "Roland..."

Abby had started back down the stairs in order to get something to drink. Freezing her tracks as she heard Roland say something about a lover. As she listened to the rest, she felt as if someone ripped her heart from her chest. Falling backwards on the last stair, she covered her mouth as a sob threatened to escape. Tears streamed down her cheeks as she felt the Mark on her neck burning like hell. Quickly, she ran back up the stairs and slammed the door shut to her room. Her nails tearing at the skin on the back of her neck where the Mark was. Rushing into her bathroom, she moved her hair away from the back of her neck to look at the Mark. It was bleeding from all her scratching but the area around it was almost as red as her blood. The burning intense and almost unbearable as the words Roland said replayed over and over like a song that you get stuck in your head for hours. Tears streamed down her cheeks and she melted onto the floor of her bathroom, muffled sobs escaping her as she held her arm over her mouth. Trying to be as quiet as possible.

If Roland went to have sex with another girl..wouldnt that mean he was mating with her?.. Abby thought and she pulled her knees towards her chest, hugging them tightly to keep them there. Putting her forehead against them, she cried harder if possible but as silently as possible. Feeling two types of pain at the thought of his words; physical and emotional.

When the door was slammed, Maria and Roland stared at each other. "Oh, hell." they both said. Roland ran up the stairs, only touching the steps perhaps twice. "Abby! Abby, open the door!" He banged on the door, then yanked it open. Even if she locked it, it didn't stand a chance against him. "Abby!" He looked around her room, then checked the bathroom. There she was, a weeping mess on the floor. His heart shattered just at the sight of her. He walked over and crouched down. "Abby..." He pulled her into his arms, and when he saw the blood on her mark, he closed his eyes. He didn't need to be physically injured to feel the intense pain that he felt then. He kissed her mark gently and just held her.

"Abby. I'm sorry. I'm a werewolf, remember? I'm a beast, at least part of me is. I can't control that part. It can come out at any time. When I'm really angry, or when I'm really...passionate. Our wedding night..." He kept his eyes shut tight, and he sighed. "I don't want to wake up in my wolf form." He shuddered just imagining the scene. "With you beside me...scratched the hell up, or even dead." He held her closer. "I can't let that happen. I can't. And until I can learn to start controlling it...we can't do anything." He sighed. "And the only way I can learn to control it...is to...have sex with someone from the pack. Someone's who's a werewolf, like me, and sturdy."

He let go of her and sat back, putting his hand on his face. "I'm sorry, Abby... You just didn't know what you were getting into. I should never have Marked you, I should never have let you get so close..." Tears were sliding down his cheeks now. "You'd be having a normal life, with a normal boyfriend, and you wouldn't have to worry about this shit. I'm sorry, Abby. I'm so...so...sorry."

Abby tensed as she heard Roland banging on her door, hearing it open and his voice saying her name as he crouched down next to her. Suddenly relaxing as he kissed her Mark, the intense pain dieing away to a dull, throbbing one. Still her quiet sobs carried on as she couldnt control her crying from the pain she felt. Digging her nails into the fabric of her overshirt, gripping it tightly as he said he would have to have sex with someone in the pack in order to control it. Her breath catching in her throat as she felt everything falling to pieces inside of her. Slowly, she shakily stood up and used the counter to help her do so. Leaving her bangs in front of her eyes so that he wouldnt see the absolute wreck she was in.

Gripping the counter until her knuckles turned white, she controlled herself so that she could say something. "I knew what i was getting into...Her diary said it all..It told me EVERYTHING i needed to know about werewolves.. Please dont apologize for the time youve spent with me..it was my whole world being able to be with you..it still is...I dont want a normal boyfriend..i want you. And only you no matter the problems that come with having you..It was the best night of my life when you Marked me..but..i cant..i cant..stay..if you have to go to some other girl just to get your urges over with and to learn how to control yourself..Until..you learn..how....i-im..leaving..." she said, her voice cracking and dieing as she said she was leaving. A sob escaping her as she practically ran from the bathroom. Grabbing her car keys and phone before dissappearing out of her room, heading straight for her car. Her intentions were for her to go home. It tore her up inside to even imagine the possiblity of having to leave him so it ripped her apart to say she was leaving.

Roland was...shocked. He was just in complete and utter shock. It was like his world just stopped. He just sat there as she ran out. He couldn't move. It felt like his whole body was glued to the floor and his blood was a hundred pounds inside him. He just..couldn't move. Gone. She was gone. That was it.

But Abby couldn't drive away. Why? Because there was a woman sitting on the hood of her car, smoking a cigarette! "Well, ain't this a pretty mess?" she said, looking over to Abby through the car's window. Just looking at her assured that she was a fiery woman. strawberry orange hair, a jean jacket over a black and red tanktop, and daisy duke shorts with knee-high black buckled boots. She was gorgeous, but there was something about her that warned of danger.
Maria's voice came from the doorway of the house. "Terri! What are you doing here?! You were banished!" Terri, the woman on Abby's car, laughed and flicked her cigarette aside. "That banishment was from the old alpha, sweetie. I've come to see if your brother might let me off the hook." Maria frowned. "You can't see him, Terri. Now's not the--" Terri interrupted, "Oh, I think now is the perfect time! Especially if his girl is running out on him, I think he'll need a bosom to cry into, don't you think?" She smirked at Abby and winked. But it was not a nice wink.
"Terri, get off her car and get out of here!" Maria glared at the woman. And then, Roland was at the door. "...Terrina?" Terri hopped off the car and ran over happily, giving a deliberate look to Abby before kissing Roland on the cheek. "Roe!" She pulled back and looked over him. "Geez, you look like shit? Is the pathetic human girl really that worth it?" Roland growled at her. "Terri, don't make me hurt you." Terri's eyes lit up. "That's the Roe I used to know! Come on, give it to me." Roland stared at her for a long moment, then pushed past her and walked to the car. He opened the driver's side door and crouched down. He looked at Abby solemnly. "...is this what you want?" Because if she really wanted to leave, then he would let her. If it was truly what she wanted.

Abby gripped the steering wheel hard and almost leapt out of the car as Terri kissed Roland's cheek. A furious look in her eyes, rage that had never been seen before in such a small woman. When Roland came over and opened her driver side door, she looked at him for a moment before she pried her hands of the steering wheel and grabbed his shirt. Literally pulling him into her car, as she would not let him go. A possesiveness crawling into her eyes as she looked at him. "No. For a minute there i thought i had lost my mind. And i did. Im not going anywhere but your not going to be testing out yourself on other women either. Just forget that lunatic idea because it aint happening," she said, her voice steely but a passionate love could be heard underneath it all. Pulling his body against hers, she kissed him hard, deep, and passionately putting every ounce of her feelings for him into it. Even involving some tongue, keeping her grip hard on his shirt. It wasnt just about Terri. It wasnt just about the fact he was going to have found another girl to work with. It was the fact that she needed him like she needed to breathe. Without him, she would be a fish out of water or a bird with broken wings. It just would never work. And no, she wasnt letting him pull away from this kiss just because his wolf side might get 'excited'.

Roland blinked in surprise as she got so firm, and then pulled him in. He smiled as she said she was staying, but when that kiss happened, his eyes went wide. He tried to pull away, but her grip was firm. After a moment though, flailing hands found purchase against the seat and dashboard, and he managed to shove himself away, stumbling back a little bit. He stepped forward though, so she wouldn't shut the door and drive away. "Abby. No." He crouched down again. "I get it. I won't test myself out on other women. I promise." He looked over at Terri for a moment, an idea forming in his head. "How about...you go stay with Kevin? And his family? He's got a cute little sister, maybe five years old, and she's a sweetheart. He'd love to have you stay. You go for a week or so, I'll come visit you."

He glanced back at Terri again, then looked at Abby. "Terri...she's an old friend of mine. I'll explain more while I help you pack some things. She can help me train. I swear, I promise, nothing will get intimate. But I think she might be able to help me control my wolf side more. What do you say, Abby? I'll even have Maria watch my training with Terri to make sure nothing happens, okay? If that will make you feel better." Abby was staying. She wasn't going home, at least. He didn't want to mess that miracle up.

Abby frowned and looked hurt as he pulled away from the kiss, seconds from shutting the car door before he stepped foreward. There was still reluctance, possessiveness, and jealousy burning in her eyes but she simply nodded then put her finger under his chin, making him look at her. "No longer than two weeks, okay? I miss you plenty enough staying away from you for seven hours while your away at school.." she said, with an embarrassed sigh then smiled a little for the first time in the four painful hours that night.

Abby then looked at Roland and bit her lower lip as her smile dimmed. "Roland..i trust YOU..but i dont trust HER. I would feel better if Maria watched, thank you. Just please be careful around her.." she said quietly and leaned in to give him a kiss but stopped. Kissing his head instead before getting out of the car. "Oh..and i would love it if you didnt pull away from my kisses..it makes me feel like you dont want them." she added before moving past him and heading for the house to pack her things.

Roland smiled as she agreed. "I'll be careful, I promise." When she spoke and started walking away though, he snagged her gently by the arm and pulled her into a soft, sweet kiss. "I want them." He smiled and kissed her forehead. "The problem is that I want them too much." He wrapped his arms around her and hugged her gently. "I love you more than the whole world, Abby. That's why I want to do this, to train, to be careful. So that nothing ever happens to you. I can't control the rest of the world, I can't make sure you won't get in another car accident someday. But the one thing I CAN make sure of is that I'll never hurt you by my own hand."

Abby squeaked softly in surprise as he snagged her and pulled her back gently. Eyes widening as he kissed her, then she relaxed and smiled into the kiss as she kissed back gently. Putting her arms loosely around his neck as he talked, closing her eyes breifly as he kissed her head. Feeling happy by his words, she planted a loving kiss on his lips before placing another on his forehead. Taking his hand, she held it and smiled up at him. "I love you Roland. Promise me it wont be longer than a week and a half?" she asked quietly and hopefully. Not that she wouldnt want to stay with Kevin, but she would miss Roland too much to stay any longer than that. "Oh and you have to visit at least every other day," she added with a small smirk to it but her eyes showed the pain of having to leave him for so long.

Roland hugged her and smiled. "I promise. No longer than a week and a half, and I'll visit as much as I can, okay?" He kissed her cheek, then let her go. "Now shoo, go get packed up. I'll call Kevin and let him know what's going on." He nudged her towards the house gently, then followed in to get the phone. Maria was still giving Terri untrusting glances.
