Abby's whole demeanor changed as Roland agreed to go on the picnic with her. She knew he wasn't really feeling up for it but he needed it more than he thought he did. Instantly nodding her head as he told her Ben had to go, she didn't bolt up right away. "Anything you want love. I will take care of it first thing in the morning before we leave. Now, would you like me to sleep with you tonight? It's been a little while... I miss you Roland," she confessed, softly nuzzling her nose against his in an eskimo kiss. Abby also wanted to be there for support for him, he had gone long enough with retreating inside of himself. She would help him understand that everything would be okay, she was there for him through it all. Maria was there too, but Abby was there in special ways for Roland that Maria wouldn't be able to fill.

As Roland thought about whether he wanted her to stay the night or not with him, Abby began to rub his shoulders gently. Then massaged up his neck a bit, finally moving down his chest and belly with the massage. But she stopped at his mid-belly, then moved to his back and massaged up before coming back to his shoulders. His whole body was tense and she could feel his despair radiating off of him even if he tried somewhat to hide how miserable he really was. Abby was only trying to help him relax as best as she could with the massage. She steered clear of anything below his belly or his arms though so he would feel comfortable with her massage. "So tense... Just relax with me tonight and tomorrow. Let me help you. Don't go through this by yourself. Yes, that means emotionally and mentally just as much as it means physically. I'm here for you, trust me to help you through all of this?" she asked gently, showering Roland in her love. Love for him radiated off of her in waves, combating his despair. Love was found with every word, with every touch she gave him. Abby wanted to make sure he would feel the acceptance there and let her in so she could help him through everything.

Roland seemed to relax a little as she agreed to get Ben out. Roland considered whether he could let her stay tonight or not, but as she started massaging him, his eyes closed and the thoughts slid away. The wolf inside of him stirred. After all, it was getting close to mating season. That's how she'd lured Ben to her in the first place. He clenched his jaw for a moment, then caught one of her hands and carefully pulled away. He looked info her eyes, gazing at her. "I don't know if that's..'safe', Abby." If she stayed with him tonight, the wolf might take over and claim Abby. It was hard enough already not to do so, since she WAS his mate. This season was going to be tough.

Abby stopped as Roland took a hold of one of her hands and pulled away from her. Meeting his eyes with her own, a slight hurt look crossed her features but she just nodded. She understood why he didn't think it was safe but she did miss him an awful lot. "Alright, but remember you can come to my room if you change your mind... I love you. I guess I had better let you get some rest for the picnic tomorrow," she said softly, standing back up.

Leaning down close to Roland, Abby pressed a gentle, loving kiss to the side of his head. "Good night love," she whispered, smiling at him before she headed for her own room. Chewing on her bottom lip as she pushed open her room door, Abby only hoped he would have a little bit of fun with her tomorrow. Changing into a pair of fluffy pj pants that had pandas on them with mustaches and a white tank top, Abby laid back on her bed for a little while. Staring at the ceiling, she wasn't really thinking of much. All she knew was that she couldn't sleep, feeling a bit too restless tonight.

Roland sighed slightly, knowing he had hurt he. All he wanted was for her to be safe. He didn't want to lose control around her. "I love you too." He kissed her cheek in return and let her leave. The night seemed to go peacefully for a little while, but somewhere past midnight, there was a lot of noise. Shouting, something thumping against the wall; Maria protesting. When Abby came out to the hall, she would find the door to Maria's room open. Ben and Roland were going at it, Roland fierce and dangerous despite missing an arm. Ben was...not wearing clothes. And it was obvious that Maria wasn't either, because she was sitting in bed, covered by the blankets. Apparently Roland wasn't the only one struggling with mating season. Roland was shouting at Ben angrily. "HOW DARE YOU MATE WITH MY SISTER!!" Maria was still trying to calm him down. "Roland, stop! I let him!" That didn't make Roland feel any better, of course.

Abby leapt out of bed as she heard a loud thumping noise in Maria's bedroom, throwing open her door as she rushed out. Sliding to a stop outside of Maria's bedroom door, she stepped inside and looked at all of the people inside. Picking up on what was going on quickly, she moved over to Maria and handed her a bathrobe to put on. Then walked over to Roland and Ben, placing a light touch on Roland's arm. "Roland, please calm down," she urged gently, looking at his eyes so he would see the soothing love she held there for him. Brushing up against his side gently, Abby kept her hand on his arm and her body pressed against his in a soothing manner. She knew that it probably wouldn't help much but it was all she could do for him right now. The last thing they needed was anymore fighting right now. Roland may not like it but if Maria had let Ben Mate with her, there wasn't much they could do about it now. "Roland, don't get worked up it's not good for you right now. Please let me help here. What is going on?" she asked, looking at Roland for a little bit before looking to Maria, wanting an explanation.

Roland looked like he was ready to rip Ben's throat out, but Ben wasn't going down that easily. Roland was distracted by Abby's presence, so Ben shoved him away and hurried to the bed to cover himself since Abby was there. Roland looked down at her, the fire that was burning in his eyes slowly subsiding. He was still tense, though. Tense, angry. Maria bit her lip slightly. "..Ben knocked at the door, he said he couldn't sleep. I got up to make him some tea. We started talking, and then...well, then things happened." Roland closed his eyes. The betrayal was deep. To Maria it wasn't much of a betrayal, but to Roland it greatly hurt. "...we're leaving. I can't stay here right now." He took hold of Abby's hand and pulled her along, heading to his room to grab a couple of things, then heading to the car. Abby had to drive, but he would direct her to a motel. "I just can't be in that house right now, Abby. I need to get out." And since it was roughly one in the morning, nowhere else was open! Once they got to the motel, he got them a room and went inside, locking the door safely behind them. He sighed and leaned back against it, closing his eyes.

(Sorry about earlier, I was in chat and gonna respond but then I got really sick! Apparently I have the flu )

Abby growled lowly as Ben shoved Roland, even if it was just to break out of his grip. Since she had shifted, Abby could feel the deep ravine of emotions that came with being Mates, even if she hadn't Marked Roland yet. But as Roland looked down at her, a smile graced her lips and she was happy that she could help him calm down a little bit. Before Abby could even begin to say something or even nod that she had heard Maria, she was being dragged out of the room. Not arguing with her Mate, she did as he wanted and was happy to do it. "It's fine Roland, I don't mind leaving if that's what you need to do," she said, placing a gentle kiss to his cheek before she started driving. Following Roland's directions, she pulled up into the motel and followed him until they reached their room. Watching him lock the door, Abby raised an eyebrow in question but didn't ask out loud. Giving her Mate a few moments to himself before Abby moved next to him, leaning on the wall as she looked at him. "Would you like to talk about it? Let's sit," she said quietly, pulling him gently to the bed and sitting down next to him. Pushing his hair away from his face, Abby let Roland take his time whether he needed the silence or actually wanted to talk about it.

(It's perfectly alright! Oh nuuuuuu! Icky, that's horrible stuff to have. Gotta make sure you take care of yourself while you have it! I got it a couple years back and it turned into pneumonia )

Roland let her pull him over to the bed, where he sat and sighed. He leaned back a little and fell onto his back on the bed, eyes closing again. "I can't believe she would mate with the jerk that ruined my life!" he finally burst out after a few minutes of silence. "I know it's mating season, but what the hell?!" He rubbed his face and sat up. "It's just one last thing that I shouldn't have to be dealing with, right? I should have a loyal family, I should have a loyal pack! I shouldn't have to be woken up by the noise of the guy that ATE MY ARM mating my sister!!" He took in a soft breath and let it out, glancing at her as he came down from his anger.

Abby watched him lay back on the bed, calmly sitting criss cross next to him as she let him vent. As he came down from his anger, she moved in closer to him and turned to sit criss cross on the bed after she kicked off her shoes. Abby was silent for a moment as she tried to think of anything she could say to make him feel any better, but nothing came to mind. Except the fact that everyone was loyal to him. "Roland, baby, the Pack is loyal to you. They still want to follow your orders, even after you lost your arm. They still believe in you. I cant speak for Maria's actions but I know she is more loyal to you than anyone in this Pack, besides myself," she said, trying to help as best as she could. But she had never really been very good at this whole comforting part. Nuzzling his cheek softly, Abby pressed a kiss to his jaw softly then stood up off the bed, stretching as she stood. It was getting really late. Kneeling down in front of him, she laid her head down on his thigh and smiled up at him. "I know it's not much comfort. You're going through a lot right now. But no one is being disloyal to you love. The Pack admires you and Maria loves you, I cant imagine she did this on purpose. I love you Roland, I'm here with you now. I can promise you that Maria wasn't intentionally trying to hurt you by doing this," she tried again, doing her best to reassure him that no one was being disloyal and that Maria didn't do it on purpose.

Roland sighed slightly. He let her give him affections and gazed down at her as she settled her head on his thigh. His fingers reached over to brush along her hairline, and after a moment he gently pulled her to her feet. "..if you're sure about all that, then I believe you." he said softly. He wrapped his arms around her, pressing his face against her stomach. He just held her close for a few long moments, silent. And then...he spoke. "...do your...pandas have mustaches on them?" he asked, pulling back slightly to get a better look at her pajama pants. "...why do your pandas have mustaches?" He chuckled slightly. "..are they fancy pandas? Are they panda pimps? I think they need a monocle and a top hat."

Abby ran her fingers through his hair as he rested his head against her belly. Smiling down at him as he rested there silently, she blushed lightly as he mentioned her pj pants. Giggling softly as he asked about her pandas, she looked down at them as well. "Yeah... they do have mustaches. Hmmmm.... no no no obviously they're pimp pandas silly," she joked, grinning happily that he was messing around with her. She missed his playful side. Getting a thoughtful on her face, she tapped her chin as she thought about adding a monocle and top hat. "Weeeeell... you could always draw them on with a sharpie," she suggested, smiling and raising her eyebrows playfully. Taking a sharpie from the bed side table, she handed it to him and hopped onto the bed. Falling flat on her back, she raised one of her legs and pointed to a panda bear. "I think this one deserves a top hat and monocle," she suggested with a smile.

Roland listened to her and chuckled a bit, watching as she handed him one of her legs. He snatched the Sharpie and carefully started adding on a top hat and a monocle. It was a bit difficult, however; he only had the one hand, he didn't have his other hand to hold the fabric still. He pulled back after a moment and shook his head, the smile vanishing from his face. "I can't get it," he said, handing the sharpie over in defeat. "The fabric moves too much." It was one more thing that he couldn't do now that he only had one arm. He sighed a little and moved her leg away, going to lay down on the bed and stare up at the ceiling.

Abby frowned a bit when Roland gave up. Putting the sharpie between her teeth, she crawled up to him. Staring at him a bit, she suddenly shifted and crawled up to him. Her wet, cold nose pressing into his cheek before her tongue was dragged over his face. She let out a whine and nudged him gently, trying to get him in a better mood. A playful one if at all possible. Jumping off the bed, she ran around in a tight circle, chasing her tail before she leapt back onto the bed. Shifting mid-air, she landed on the bed in human form then clambered on top of her Mate. "Come on it's okay, you can try again. This time i'll hold the fabric," she said, smiling and leaning down a bit, hoping he was feeling a little better.

Roland blinked in surprise when she suddenly shifted. "Abby, wha--" He was interrupted by her nosing and licking, where he squirmed and tried to get the wet tongue out of his face. Unable to help it, he gave out a light laugh. "Hey, stop that!" When she jumped off the bed, he sat up and watched her, lifting a brow. And then suddenly she was on top of him, in human form. He stared at her with wide eyes for a moment. "Geez, you're getting good at that." He considered her offer, then nodded. "Alright. Sure." For her. He'd try again, for her. Once she was holding the fabric, he took the sharpie again and carefully started adding a mustache and a monocle to the panda bear. He was rather touched at what lengths she would go to to make him happy.

Abby squeaked happily when he agreed to try again. Suddenly a deep red blush blazed across her cheeks as she realized that she was completely in the nude, forgetting that she had to remove her clothes to shift. Leaping off of him, she grabbed all of her clothes and pulled them on as quick as she could. Luckily he had turned to get the sharpie just at that moment. Hopping back onto the bed, Abby held the fabric for him and watched him draw on his new additions. Once he was finished, Abby grinned happily and tackle hugged Roland, sending them tumbling back onto the bed. "Thank you! I love it!" she said excitedly, pressing a loving kiss to his lips.

Roland had noticed she was in the nude. He was trying very hard not to think about it. Mating season was difficult to keep control during. He smiled, however, as she was so happy for him to have made the top hat and monocle. He laughed a bit and fell back onto the bed with her. He kissed her back, his one arm wrapped around her and holding her close. When they parted from the kiss, he gazed into her eyes, and slowly leaned in to kiss her again. And then again. The wolf inside of him yearned for his mate. However, he finally pulled back and gently moved her to the side. "It's late. We should get some sleep." He kissed her nose and started tugging the blankets up. "Get the light?"

Abby looked down at him with a smile when they parted from the first kiss. As he leaned in for another, she met him in the middle and repeatedly kissed him back as he kept coming back for more. Then as she was slid to the side, her wolf almost whined with frustration but Abby on the other hand just smiled. Nuzzling his cheek gently as he mentioned getting some sleep. Bolting out of bed for the mere moment it took to flip off the lights, she was back in less than a second. Curling up to Roland, she nuzzled him one last time before she settled down. "Good night love," she murmured, smiling happily as she tangled her legs with his and held onto him tightly. Closing her eyes, she simply relaxed next to him but still couldn't sleep. Shifting into her wolf form had caused her to be filled with energy so now she found it hard to unwind. But she didn't mind, it meant she got to cherish every moment with Roland.

Roland was finding it terribly hard to hold back, especially with her so close to him. "...ah screw it." he said softly. He leaned in to kiss her again, and again. His hand slid under her shirt to caress her stomach, and his intentions were obvious. If she was up for it, then it would most certainly happen. But if she didn't want to, she would have to stop him fast before his wolf side kicked in. (Ftb if she agrees to it xD)
