I only have Moon. I did get some good Pokes when I dumped Littens in the WT.
The best Pokemon I got in Wonder Trade? ...A level 100 Charizard while I was on Pokémon X. I glared at it for over five minutes swearing that it was hacked (most plausible case) or someone traded one of their teammates away by accident (not likely because I didn't have a trade request tossed at me a moment later asking for a trade back.)
Another charmer was a Level 1 Shiny Riolu with 6 perfect IVs/Adamant Nature (I think it was Adamant), and it was holding a Choice Scarf. It was clearly built for a competitive Lucario set. It's still in my box. (I plan to breed/use it later.)

The best thing I ever got was a trapinch with 6 perfect or almost perfect IVS and adamant nature.
Sorry for the late response, but I had to go to work before I could reply. The best pokemon I got in a Wonder Trade was also the most entertaining trade I'd seen. I got an egg, so I didn't know what it was. Walked for-freaking-ever for it to hatch. So much biking up and down the longest uninterrupted stretch I could find.
I was in Omega Ruby, so that involved a lot of Acro antics for me.
So it hatched and it was a Farfetch'd. Turned out my little sis had been wonder trading around the same time in another part of the house, and she was populating it with eggs from her little beast Farfetch'd. She managed to have one that in-story would just mutilate things. Not great at competitive, but none of us are really big on that scene, so to us it didn't matter.
So I got this Farfetch'd that took after its tough-ass mother. And she got one of the hundred Aron I'd bred, trying to get a Calm or Modest lady for my friend. We only found out after we battled eachother with our "trainee" teams. And my Farfetch'd managed to crit KO the newly-evolved Lairon. It was wild!
