I have created a RP group called,”Paradise Apartments”. It is a modern, reality based RP set in a fictional Florida town. The RP would revolve around the residents of a kinda dingy apartment building but the RP is not constricted to just that setting.
In the vicinity of Paradise Apartments is a number of other settings like shops and parks for our characters to RP at.
Supernatural beings are allowed but, as I’m trying to keep this as reality based as possible, supernatural beings will have to hide their true selves and do their best to blend in with normal human society.
The group is still fresh, so there’s still things I’m tweaking and enhancing, but it’s set up enough to support members and a RP.

For the application, do I simply describe my character for the "is your character supernatural or human? If supernatural, how so?" section or do I put his background/ how he arrived, why he's there, etc?

If you’d like your character on The Neighbors page, you may add whatever information you wish for the complex to know about your character (background/how he arrived, whys he’s there, physical description. Whatever you’d like.) If you are just filling out the application and don’t care for having your character listed, just answered human or supernatural, and what their powers/abilities/supernatural form is if they have that.
