"I'm doing it," he shrugged and hesitated for a moment before doing something he had never done before: hugged her. Nomti pulled Rose close to his bare, furred chest and simply held her like that for about a minute.

She blushed a lot and felt a little better,knowing she would be traveling with Nomti. She looked up at him and smiled in a slightly weak way. "Thank you. We should get going." She hesitated to pull back but she did and started running to the door and stopped there,waiting for him.

He nodded, glad she had been the one to pull away and quickly followed her. "How far away is it? And why does this poison take so long to kill you? I've seen a lot of poisons that kill within seconds of injestion."

"I am able to withstand poisons for a long time...when I can't withstand it...I'm dead." She opened the door and started walking. It isn't a good idea for her to run too much,she may increase the speed of the poison spreading. She looked around and saw a white horse. She quickly got on it and made it run. There was also a black horse nearby too.

Nomti didn't bother with the horse. He whispered an incantation and began to change. He grew another two feet and became much more brawny and his face much more feral. A tail grew out from beneath his skirt and his spine became much more profound. He was essentially a giant, black, nightmarish were-jackal.
Nomti started sprinting, easily keeping up with the horse and if he wanted to, he would have outran the horse.

She only smiled and was amazed by him. "Woah! You change too? Wow! You are epic!" She may have been an elven princess,but the thing is,her real father was a wolf demon. That thought made her slightly hate herself because she could change into a large wolf. She kept her smile though. "Hehe,some people would call you a monster,but you are actually really cute!" She made her horse run faster.

If he had been in his normal form, he would have blushed but since he wasn't and could barely comprehend English, he didn't care. In this form he could understand the most simple of English words but Egyptian came clearly to him and the only language he could speak was a combination of that and feral snarls and growls.
He effortlessly sped up as well, keeping up with the horse although he didn't even seem to be using that much energy.

Rose winced and slowed the horse down,she covered her mouth
And stomach and coughed hard. She shook her head and made her horse run again. She had not realized it,but the inside of her body was slowly being melted away like acid melts away a pig.

Nomti only turned to look at her stop and merely slowed until the horse was back at his side then began running at the same speed. He had no idea where this place was and was following her.

As soon as they arrived at the gates she jumped of the horse and weakly pushed the gates open she would usually be stronger then that,but she felt like she was getting stabbed. She took a step forward and collapsed. She could see a mountains and knew that was where the cure is,but she doesn't think she can make it.

Nomti stopped and looked down at her for a moment then leaned down and picked her up, nuzzling her cheek a bit then started running towards the mountain again as fast as he possibly could.

She looked up at him slowly and smiled. "Th-Thank you Nomti." She closed her eyes as the princess's hair got longer and started to turn black and she was starting to become pale. The mountains draw closer but so many demons protect it.

The demons are of no concern to Nomti and the only thing he understood was his name, which meant strength, and he was unsure if she was speaking to him or telling him to be strong so he kept running as fast as he could.

She coughed up a little blood and shivered. She started to growl out of instic as they neared the demons. She got loose from him quickly and pulled the blade her father gave her. Flames trailed behind it as she strikes at them,killing half of them.

He slid to a stop and grabbed the two cycles from his hips, both of which had enlarged with him, and began twirling them masterfully and in a quick series of twists and slices, the rest fell down. He put the cycles away then flung Rose over his shoulder and began running again.

She sheathed the blade and snuggled close to him. Her cheeks were growing red because of the poison getting closer to her heart. They were now close the the cure. It was a leaf that dripped an odd substance. Rose screamed in pain and started to cry. "It hurts!"

He only understood "hurts" from that sentence and understood her pain. He started searching for the cure, having no idea what it was.

She slowly pointed to the leaf and her hand dropped limply. She was still alive but she wasn't able to see or move. Her eyes closed as she went into something almost like a coma.

He growled the chant again and returned to his normal form and quickly grabbed the leaf and looked down emotionlessly then held the sap from the leaf to her lips, letting it run into her mouth.

She slowly opened her eyes,happy that her stomach was no longer eroding. She weakly kissed his nose and smiled sweetly. "Thank you,Nomti,but we have to get rid of the guy who tried to kill me." She shivered a little,getting use to the air of not being poisoned.
