Has anyone played the game Fran Bow?
It’s my current obsession, and I want to worship it in every aspect of my life, including RP. So, since I’m super hyped up on uber creepy, psychological, horrific horror, I’m somewhat compelled to start a RP based loosely on the game.

The setting would be Oswald Asylum, of course. Oswald Asylum is a mental institution that specializes in children with severe traumas (so all characters will be ages 5-17.)
The characters of the actual game will be NPC, meaning I’d prefer for you to use your own characters for the RP. The characters like the pedophile guard, the fellow child patients, Dr Deern, the cranky nurses and such will be a part of the RP, just not in depthly RPed as characters.

The children are given medication called Duotine, which makes them sleepy, and see gruesome things. Some of the visual hallucinations can include corpses of all kinds, skeletal remains, dead animals, blood, writing that wasn’t there before, and vague sightings of Kamalas or ghostly Shadow figures that cling to most of the patients. Kamalas are the other-worldly beings that feed on fear, sorrow, and pain.

At Oswald Asylum, the children are not taken the best care of and a lot of the times are mistreated. The building itself is not in the best of conditions. The staff has short tempers and patience, can be rude and strict, and don’t think very highly of the children. Sometimes the children are tied up in restraints. Experimental procedures like lobotomies are used.

The main goal of the children is to successfully escape the Asylum into the thick forest surrounding it.

My goal for this RP is to make it based loosely enough on the game that someone whose never even heard of it can jump in the RP with no problem, but still have some of the concepts and details the game Fran Bow has.

Hello! I haven't seen much to do with Fran Bow, but I'm definitely interested in this RP. I was hoping these two, Landon and Cameron would fit into the setting. It is also no problem for me to RP as just one of them.

I feel a very sociopathic Rae would fit this. However, I'd rather not crowd this Rp if enough people are in.

um, is it to late to join with Lila? I can adjust her age for the rp so shes considerably younger, and while I haven't play fran bow myself, i have watched play throughs of it!
