Wilmond smiled at her as he kissed her lips. "Let's just get past the duel and see from there, allright?"
Taylore smiled as he kissed her then she kissed back. "Okay.." she murmured. Then pulled him down a little closer and kissed him again with a smile.
"Allright." He smiled "There is something we need to do first though..."
Taylore looked up at him confused. "And what would that be?" she asked.
"We need to talk to your dad. About what happened, what's going on right now and what's going to happen."
"Why? So he can approve to this and everything?" Taylore asked, sitting up and looking at him.
"No, 'cause we need his help. Even if I beat Winston, I don't trust his men to play fair."
Taylore was silent for a moment then nodded and got up. Going over to the kitchen table, she picked up her phone and dialed a number. Putting it to her ear, she was silent for a long moment. "Hey daddy...Im fine...Yea yea i know..well Lydie is fine now..Look i got her home okay?..im fine..yea..we need to talk..no not about Lydia..I dont care...fine sure six it is..bye daddy..love you too..no i dont want to talk to mom..dad!.." she groaned and was silent for another moment before her mom got on the line. "Mom..mom..mo i know already! Look i got Lydia home safe and sound! Just drop it already...okay well just because i took after dad doesnt mean any-...mom..please just not right now okay? I have company-...im not sixteen anymore mom..no thats exactly what it means... i can stay with a man if i want to..besides we're at the safe house so chill...whatever. Bye." she said cutting off her still ranting mother. Pressing the end button before putting it on the table and rubbing her head but making sure to be careful of the sore part. Sitting back on the bed with Wilmond, she smiled as she looked at him. "Okay at six dad said he would like it if we could meet for dinner at our house," she said.
"We better go out then, I need some clothes!" He laughed loudly.
Taylore blushed and scratched the back of her head with a laugh. "Oh yes those would be necassary," she replied then got up. Going over to her bag under the bed, she pulled it out and searched through it till she got to the very bottom. Pulling out a dressy white, sort sleeved shirt and black slacks. Setting them on the bed with a belt and some shoes. "I had Jack bring some clothes over and told him to put an extra pair for you in there. This was what he could find that might fit you," she said with a smile.
"Allright," Wilmond laughed. He retreated to the bathroom and changed, then came back out. "What do you think?"
Taylore got off the bed and she had changed into a black tank top with a dressy, blue overshirt that she had left unbuttoned like the last one so her tank top was visible, with a pair of nice white shorts and to finish it off a pair of blue converse. Checking Wilmond out as he came out, she smiled and looked at his eyes. "You looking handsome," she replied then walked over and placed a kiss on his lips before starting to head towards the door.
"One more thing," Wilmond said as he stopped her. "what do they know about us? our relationship, I mean."
Taylore stopped and looked back at Wilmond. "Lydia knows but my father and mother dont. They just know im staying here with you," she replied. Waiting at the kitchen table for him.
"Allright then, I'll leave it up to you wether or not to tell them allready." He smiled. I'm following you, lead the way!" he said, as he placed a kiss on her lips.
"Of course im telling them," Taylore said with a smile then kissed him back before taking his hand. Then she lead him out of the safe house and back into the city. Taking the twists and turns of back alleys. Soon they came upong the gates to the mansion again and she keyed in the code before leading him into the property. The lawn was the greenest green and rose bushes lined around the mansion with all kinds of rose colors. Stepping up to the door, she simply walked inside and lead him into the house. Every room was lit up with lights and in the foyer where they just entered, a grand chandelier hung above them. With real crystals hanging from it to cover up the light in the middle. A large grand staircase was to their left with red carpet on the middle of the stairs. The floors and stairs were a pure white marble. It was, needless to say, a very beautiful and expensive looking home.
Wilmond whistled. "Wow, no wonder Winston bears a grudge. He'd explode if he saw this!" he grinned. "I'd rather like that though..."
Taylore smiled and laughed softly then continued to lead him further into the house. Soon she was stopped by Lydia's voice. "T!!" she yelled and Taylore was tackled by Lydia knocking them both to the full. "Lydie!! Get off of me!!" she snapped irritably but there was amusement in her eyes as she tried to pry Lydia off of her.
Wilmond laughed loudly. "Now that's what I call a warm welcome! Nice to see you again Lydia, how're you feeling?"
Taylore finally got her pryed off and Lydia was grinning happily. "Im doing great. Awwww you too are such a cute couple!" she squeaked excitedly. Taylore blushed slightly and looked away, only to snap her head back when she heard Lydia gasp. "Oh my god! Taylore! What happened?!" she said shocked and gently touched the bandage only to ellicit a wince and hiss of pain from Taylore who let go of Wilmond's hand and pulled away from Lydia's touch. "I got hurt..jesus..dont touch it," she said in a pained tone.
