I'm looking for handscrafters, and already ordered from website like Etsy, and I'm still looking for maybe, more specififc hand-crfaters, those who does on orders, y'a know?
I'm hardly coming by some, and I'm looking for the work of a passionate, as the price can be a little bit higher than your standard hand-crafter, which I bear in mind.
I'm going for at most around something 100 dollars, and If you do yourself, don't precipitate everything, I can't afford it for the moment, but I want to keep it mind where I can find someone who to work jewels like I wish I had.
I don't know if this forum is the one best suited?
Since it's not really a comission nor anything special as a disclamer "looking for"...but well, It could be posted elsewhere in creativity, but i'm afraid it'll have less exposure?

Yvonne is an incredible hand-crafted jeweller who works with stones that her customers send her, and even does customize work. She does ask for artist discretion, but she's hands down one of the BEST people I've seen who do hand-crafted work. I recommend give her a try if you're looking for unique pieces.

Diablo here also manages to do quite beautiful work with crafts and jewelry. I've seen quite a bit of his work and definitely recommend talking with him as well.
Are you looking specifically for jewelry, or are all types of artisan crafts? Because I'm a leatherworker!

he does stuff like "special cut" and custom rings or necklaces and yes he has a shop it's not like popular though but it has a lot of cheap and expensive stuff and if you decide to do it if you tell him "Crystal" sent you he will probably give it to you for free
